These steaks remind me of minute steak, we enjoyed them for dinner, but they would be great for breakfast with eggs.

It’s fresh and has most of the fat already sliced off. It makes quick work for cutting strips for stir fry.

Wrong type of steak for such a thin slice. Must be slow cooked as it’s like shoe leather after a quick sear.

Perfect if you're looking for a consistent steak. It's not super tender or anything; it's bottom round. But great for searing and slicing up into a 'grilled steak soup' or just having some steak with breakfast.
