It is better that they are now sliced thinner so it is not as tough as before and can be used in a variety of recipes including simple pan frying and still tender. When it was thicker, it was too tough and difficult to chew to the point of mostly unedible.

What part of Angus do you get your stew meat ? because it is so tender and delicious. I will be getting stew meat from now on.

Worst steak I ever had. You could marinate it all week, pound the hell out of it and still your hand feels like its going to fall off by the end of carving it.

I like to use round steak to make my Swiss Steak. Just a few cans of stewed tomatoes and an onion sliced thin layered with the steak in the crock pot. This was so good it was falling apart. I definitely will be buying again!

Meat was thick as a brick and when I got home noticed that the bottom parts of the meat was Gray- expiration date was for the next day. Should have returned it for the price.

Cooked properly these are amazing! I use a steak and wild game seasoning from frag out and cook to med/rare. I cannot get enough of it and the price is fantastic

The meat was marinated 36 hours and was tough as boot leather after cooking. What a waste of money and let down. I know how to cook and this was a bummer. I can't even ask for a refund.
