We were in the store and decided to try the meats. The 7 oz 90% burgers were great as well as pork cubes. But this very thin steak is only suitable for stir fries. I marinated and grilled the steak without tenderizer. I found it nearly impossible to chew. I will not be buying these particular steaks again

Bought these at 3.06 a pound in house they were about half inch thick. Cleaned up the fat and sliced into 1 inch slices then soaked in a jerky brine for 20 hours and dehydrated until 155 internal temp, made some excellent kippered beef.. (not to be confused ith thin overly dried jerky)

I Purchased these steaks last week. I bought 4 packages. 1 for my son, 1 for my daughter and 2 for my self. My son sauted his rare to med and never stopped raving how good they were. I made mine as a Swiss steak and they were delicious. My daughter cooked hers for an Asian dish. The bottom line is they all asked me to pick them up packages on my next Sam's visit which will be in a couple of hours.
