You get what you pay for. Very thin and tough.

We tried cooking this in a cast iron pan. We should have grilled it.

It is better that they are now sliced thinner so it is not as tough as before and can be used in a variety of recipes including simple pan frying and still tender. When it was thicker, it was too tough and difficult to chew to the point of mostly unedible.

This steak is too chewy and tough. So I put it in the instapot, and the meat becomes tender and great. For some reason, the meat tastes like chemical. And I made steak gravy from the drippings and couldn't use it because of the horrid chemical taste. The taste is more pronounced in the fat. I don't know what solution they are washing this in. But it's horrible

Price is great! But I ended up tossing both meals we used this meat for. The first we just grilled for sandwiches and the meat was beyond tough. The second meal was marinated to allow the meat the tenderize and while it wasn’t leather, it definitely was way to tough to be enjoyable. Won’t be buying this cut again.

I bought these to make on the grill, and in spite of marinating the meat these steaks were terribly tough and gummy. I had to throw out half the package. I'm surprised because the truth is all other beef products I've gotten at Sam's have been top notch.

I marinated the meat overnight after reading it has a tendency to be tougher than expected. Was still a hard chew after grilling it to medium rare. Might have been a bad cut, those happen. I'll update my review after the next couple get cooked. Those are frozen in marinade and will be thawed in the fridge 24 hours before being used. Hopefully they'll be more tender.
