Too much gristle that you could not chew!

I knew this was a tougher cut of meat, but this is REALLY tough.

Fresh, good quality. $$$ but all meats are right now.

This steak is so tough and gristly that it’s almost inedible.

Meat could use a bit less fat in it's cut
