Was very chewy. Only seared for short period of time and was still too chewy

I use this meat to make beef jerky and it’s always tender.

It had to be tenderized before they could be prepared as they were very tough.

A little Adolf's and steak rub then marinate for 24 hours wrapped in the fridge and enjoy.

So tuff no matter how it was cooked horrible waste of money
