Meat was tough and hard to chew!

The meat was very tough, not what I expected

I tossed i did not like the smell

Bottom round steak - great for making Swiss steak. Very lean.

Their Choice graded meat is a bit more chewy than I have had in the past

Great quality beef, very lean.

Tough meat will not be buying again

Cooks well holds flavor nicely not too thick just perfect
