Perfect taste and tenderness! I purchased for my dad’s 83rd birthday at his request for steak. He loved it!

Great choice, was very tender. Pan fried them quickly on each side with onions and mushrooms. Will purchase it again .

Too much gristle too tough to eat, even after I tenderized it as a steak might work for something else, but I probably won’t waste my money again

the first steak looked perfect. the farther i got into the pack the smaller an thinner the steaks got. not worth it. dont buy.

Bought a package of 6 round steaks, but 2 of them ended up being brisket trimmings hidden underneath the others. Not cool!

Awful. Got it in a pick up order and the meat looked so strange. Tasted even stranger. Horrible cut of beef

The last three times I’ve gotten meat from Sam’s it has been great on the top but once I open it and move the first steak the meat is black/dark underneath.

They were very thin almost too thin. I know they do this as a sales tactic to increase sals. The problem is they are too thin. Makes it hard to cook. They come out chewy and loose flavor.

I bought two packages. We seared then put in pressure cooker. It was still tough. We had to throw out at least half of the meat. Loaded with gristle. I actually complained to Sam's and took the labels back. They refunded which I appreciated.

This cut while less expensive is always lean and tender
