The marbling on the steaks did not translate well when cooked. A little tougher than expected.

good for making jerky cut the right thickness, lean and well trimmed

It had to be tenderized before they could be prepared as they were very tough.

Have brought them twice and both times they were tough.

Part of the meat was brown under the over laid meat

Meat was delicious, made a perfect sauerbraten

These cook super fast, which is nice for a quick meal. They absorb marinade very well. Tasty!
