The last three times I’ve gotten meat from Sam’s it has been great on the top but once I open it and move the first steak the meat is black/dark underneath.

They were very thin almost too thin. I know they do this as a sales tactic to increase sals. The problem is they are too thin. Makes it hard to cook. They come out chewy and loose flavor.

I was very disappointed with the purchase of the beef bottom round steak. The steaks look great in the package but when I got home and separated them I was shocked. The package showed the top steaks to be about 4-5 inches wide. When I got past the first two layers the steaks got smaller and smaller. When I got to the last 3 steaks, they looked like bacon stripes. I've never had this issue in the past and I will try again and hope this is a one time issue.

Excellent cut of meat. Cooked up very tender.

These cook super fast, which is nice for a quick meal. They absorb marinade very well. Tasty!

Wasn't good quality steak. The quality is not worth the price.
