AWESOME - People rating this poorly don't understand how to cook it. Slow cooker - I use homemade lipton onion soup mix seasoning (recipe all over the internet) plus salt and pepper. I add 8-12 oz of mushrooms and a couple of medium onions -1/4-1/2 inch sliced onion and layer the 1/4-1/2" slice steak with the mushrooms and onions. I add a quart of beef broth after arranging ingredients let it cook for 6 hours on high in the crock pot. (don't forget to salt and pepper the steaks and broth to your tastes.) Thicken the juices after the meat is fork tender and add back to the steak. OMG over rice or potatoes. SOOOOO good.

Unlike everyone else's reviewing I ordered pickup and got maybe 2 inch wide strips having beef with thick slabs of fat not like what pictured here so im disappointed with meat prices the way they are I'll be going inside Sams Club next time so im thrown the scraps, lol.

Tough meat, tried to make fajitas with it, lots of gristle in meat

They were lean but very tough. Soaked them for two days in broth.

Meat was very tough I made four and threw Away the rest sadly waste of money

be careful, steaks on buttom are really small but good flavor

Prices are way high. I can buy my meats there and get a couple of meals from them.

I USUALLY COME TO CLUB TO GET MY MEAT, BUT GAVE TRY ..THEY WERE NICE PIECES OF BEEF
