Beef is quality. I make a Puerto Rican dish called Bistec encebollao with this and it is delicious. It takes a while for it to become soft but it is worth it!

These were perfect for pan frying, cubing for stir fry and chicken fried steak. I think they are too thin for the bbq grill. The flavor was good and so was the price!

This was a very flavorful cut of meat. I roasted it with sauce in the oven and it was so moist and tender yet didn't fall apart. I will definitely be purchasing more since the quality was so good and at a reasonable price point.

worst meat ever! like eating the se of a shoe. guess thats why its sliced so thin. only putchased because we had a good experience previously. wasted $18 on trash meat. ruined my dinner too! no way that was angus, that was cheap tough meat!

AWESOME - People rating this poorly don't understand how to cook it. Slow cooker - I use homemade lipton onion soup mix seasoning (recipe all over the internet) plus salt and pepper. I add 8-12 oz of mushrooms and a couple of medium onions -1/4-1/2 inch sliced onion and layer the 1/4-1/2" slice steak with the mushrooms and onions. I add a quart of beef broth after arranging ingredients let it cook for 6 hours on high in the crock pot. (don't forget to salt and pepper the steaks and broth to your tastes.) Thicken the juices after the meat is fork tender and add back to the steak. OMG over rice or potatoes. SOOOOO good.
