Meat was very tough I made four and threw Away the rest sadly waste of money

Tough meat, tried to make fajitas with it, lots of gristle in meat

Expired the next day and was turning grey

For people on here saying it’s a tough cut your wrong this a low and slow cut of meat and when done right it’s very tender

Sam's is the only place I purchase my meat. This roast never disappoints! My Mississippi potroast comes out tender and delicious!

The beef was really tough and doesn’t have any flavor at all. Grass fed beef is much better and worth the extra cost.
