The meat is really good. The slices of meat seemed thin. However, after cooking - the meat was tender.

These were the cheaper cuts that i bought. They were good, but a little tough. Better to spend the extra 15 dollars to get the good steaks. But these will do if try to save money.

Fresh and well priced. I don’t think you can get fresher meat even at fancy stores. Sometimes club stores give more fat with the meat. Not the case here. The meat trimmed and great quality.

These steaks were disappointing. They were slicked very thinly (approximately 1/4 inch). They were irregularly shaped and had large triangles of fat,

The size quality is really off. The first two steaks were pretty big decent. What you see but as you go through the pack, they get smaller and smaller where the last two are literally steak strips.

This was a very flavorful cut of meat. I roasted it with sauce in the oven and it was so moist and tender yet didn't fall apart. I will definitely be purchasing more since the quality was so good and at a reasonable price point.

I Not understanding for what this cut of meat was made, to get more money? This cut is very tough for steak, it is much better for stew. Nothing is was wrong with the meat, it was fresh. But not for a stake.

Beef is quality. I make a Puerto Rican dish called Bistec encebollao with this and it is delicious. It takes a while for it to become soft but it is worth it!

Need only 2of us meal. This beef was less $10 good price and size for us. Still for 2meals. But I can freeze half and ate other half! I think good deal!

This meat had many gray areas on it, a very first from sams club. It was spoiled within five days. Im a forty year cook, i know meat, it should have lasted more than that in the back of my 32 degree refrigerator. Im so disappointed.
