So fat its been great and i would of given it more stars but like others have stated, the carafe is horrible when it comes to pouring a cup. Poor design so i recommend getting a rack that goes over your sink so all the coffee that spills goes in the sink instead of your counters.

I was hesitant to buy this and should have avoided it altogether. Not sure how anyone can give it 4 or even 5 stars. The kpod part of this works great. The carafe side leaves me questioning how it passed QC. For starters the carafe leaks at least 95% of the time when you pour it. We've had it 10 months and have suffered with this mess for too long. This last week we had company and needless to say they were not aware of the spilled coffee this carafe makes and we had coffee everywhere and it damaged our wood top table. How did you let this pass inspection? On top of that it's a 12 cup. It has NEVER made a full 12 cups. 10 is the average and I got lucky one time when it made 11. I had an idea recently so I grabbed the extra carafe from a brand that starts with Mr. that the husband uses for hunting. Wouldn't you know it fits perfect in this Keurig. No spill ever again. What a shame we spend so much to be subject to such poor quality. This company makes good money on their products. They should replace every leaky carafe with one that does not leak. The one I am using now has a glass spout. Not sure what the issue is with this Keurig one but the spout is plastic and is junk. Consider yourself warned. I too read prior reviews and ignored the complaints. So unless you want to swap out your carafe as well, you are probably going to suffer with a leaky poor designed carafe too.

Don't waste your money! The only fix when the machine stops working, is to de-scale it, and there's no way to de-scale it if it stops working!
