Horrible customer service experience

Horrible! Keurig customer service is Horrible and can't understand any one. Our keurig duo won't brew (it's want too, but, it doesn't brew) Wish we get a keurig duo from u or through keurig. Too many issues with keurig duo. Where is my coffee? 😬😬😬😥😥😥

design flaw

I love the product. It is convenient for large and small pots of coffee. I like that you can make a K cup while the carafe is hot. I would give it 5 stars EXCEPT..you cannot pour from the carafe without spilling coffee everywhere. This is an engineering problem. It doesn't matter how slow, fast, or careful, the lip of the pot spills. Every. Single. Time. For that reason, I would not recommend this product. I'm only reviewing after a few months of regular use.

Hmmmm

So fat its been great and i would of given it more stars but like others have stated, the carafe is horrible when it comes to pouring a cup. Poor design so i recommend getting a rack that goes over your sink so all the coffee that spills goes in the sink instead of your counters.

Would NOT recommend

I replaced my single for Keurig for this model. I wanted a new pot with the timer feature. This is one of the worst one's I have ever purchased. It does not brew the 12 cups as it should and the timer feature does not work. I will be returning this product.

Really disappointed with this product.

Bought two months ago and Kuerig has replaced the carafe twice because of dribbling when pouring. The new ones also dribble, we now have to use our old coffee maker carafe. After descaling has been done several times, the coffee maker stopped brewing full pots in the carafe. No solution from Kuerig other than replacing it, If I send it back and its validated ( whatever that means).

Don't buy this one

We bought this 5 weeks ago to replace our Mr.Coffee. It had a thermal carafe that leaked nasty drops out of it. It was a real mess. I decided to try one with a glass pot and heater to keep the coffee warm. This glass pot leaks all over. You need to have a towel under it for EVERY pour. Horrible product.

Disappointed

We are definitely a coffee consuming house and have alot of guests that are as well. I was excited for the option of a full pot or single cup, it made it so we didn't have to have two machines on our coffe bar. Unfortunately we have been disappointed with this machine and are looking to replace even if we have to go back to two machines. To say the basket for the full pot is hard to get in is understated it, it should come with a manual on how to look and talk to it, to coax it to go in. I wish the warmer would be hotter and stay on longer, it seems to only keep the bottom of the pot warm. On both sides no matter which size cup you choose sometimes it is a gamble on what size you get especially if you brew 2 single cups one after the other. When brewing a full pot I have to put a cup under the single because it leaks through there before filling the pot. This is definitely not one of Kerigs best products.

Poor Features!

This is the most complicated coffee maker I've ever had. I tried to get the auto maker on so I could enjoy coffee when I get up mornigs. Called customer service, walked her through the set up. She said needed to wait until morning to see if I had it set correctly? It's back in the box and going back to Sams.
