I bought this for my office. The carafe leaks nearly every time we pour from it. I was sure it was us, or a fluke that we got a bad carafe until I read other reviews. If you drip coffee nearly every time you pour a cup, how can it be anything other than a 1 star product?

Nice to have only one pot that does both Works well but I will have to return due to the 2 hour keep warm I need a longer time kept warm In winter I need more hours of hot coffee. In the summer I make the coffee at 3am for me but I have to remake a pot for my husband as he does not wake up till 6am I really wish it could stay warm longer.

I've had my coffee maker about 3 months and am not happy with the performance. I like the flexibility, but there are problems with this maker. The carafe has started to drip while pouring. No matter how I adjust the pour, it just drips a big mess on the counter. I read other reviews about this before I purchased and I wish I had taken the warning not to purchase. Also, the temperature of the brewed coffee through the carafe is not very hot. Not at all like the temperature of the single serve. I am contacting Keurig today to hopefully get a resolution to these issues, but buyers beware of the pitfalls of this machine.
