Purchased a small shed and one of the door panels had a defect. I called and spoke to someone in the United States whom I could understand. This is not a knock on others but it was nice to see service for USA products done the same way. Well done Lifetime! Camille was excellent and took care of me every step of the way. This is the exact kind of experience everyone wants to have when calling about a product.

Nice shed. Took some time but I was able to assemble it by myself. Know the size of the shed and make sure it will fit where you want to put it. Make sure you assemble on level ground. I'm quite happy, now I can store some of me deck chairs in this shed

I bought 1 year ago from Costco. I like the storage shed. But top warped and ponded water thus leaked. I called Colby at Lifeline and they are sending reinforcing bar at no cost. See photo I purchased another shed from lifetime last week, an updated model, which has the top reinforcing included.

The storage shed arrived about 2 days ago. I opened the box and started to assemble it and found that instead of having a left and right end piece i had two two right end pieces. Obvisouly I could not completely assemble the shed and I had to leave the partial completd project outside in the weather to get rained on. I called and ordered the correct part and it is now on the way to arrive tomorrow "sometime". Not very good quality control.

I purchased this horizontal shed about 2 years ago and I never got around to assembling it until now. As I started assembly I noticed that the bolt holes on one of the lid supports did not match the the other pieces. I contacted LIFETIME customer service and got connected to a representative by the name of Brenna and she recommended that I take pictures of the parts and email them to her. I did and within minutes she identified the problem and arranged for the correct parts to be shipped right away. Brenna was very patient and efficient in resolving the issues to my satisfaction.

I have had this horizontal shed for less than 1 year. It looks good andhds what I purchased it to do. The only negative is in the doors warping. Twice now replacement doors were sent because of this problem. But in both cases Lifetime worked very well with me to provide replacement parts. My customer rep, Ian, was very exacting to try to replace the defects and try to resolve the reason why. Overall great sevice from Lifetime.

The shed pieces are package well. The instructions are written so you can see the actual piece you need to construct. The overall time took about 6 hours to put together. The down side to the project is that we found the the door do not seal well there is a gap so will have to put some sort of weather strip on it. Also the measurement of the inside will not allow garden tools to stand upright.

This review is not based on the product itself but the fact that I received 2 of the same bottom pieces. Now i have to wait a week for the correct part. When asked for compensation I was told nothing they can do. Needless to say I am slightly disappointed.

Color, material, and size is perfect for my location. Assembly was fairly straight forward. I used the booklet and supplemented with the on-line videos which helped. Assembly took me approximately five hours. Per the instructions, be careful not to over tighten the attachment screws. I only wish there were attach points for shelving. Because this is a horizontal shed long handle rakes, shovels, brooms, etc. need to be stored horizontally and there is no convenient way to do that.

The horizontal shed is very well made. I love the fact that the back is the same as the front and sides so it looks nice from all angles. It has a lot of room in it - it's the only shed we found that actually fit both our garbage and recycle cans. It was easy to put together - two people is ideal.
