The product is great and went together very well. Customer service fixed my problem and had a nice follow-up. My problem was quality control. The product was packaged well but it contained two right sides. Customer Service responded very quickly, but the part was lost in shipping for an extra week. After all the delay it is working fine. Quality control would have saved the company and I time and money.

Shipping was late to destination city, so the order was not delivered on time. The order did arrive in the destination city late on the delivery date and we thought it would be delivered the next day, however, when we contacted Estes Shipping they informed us that it might be a full 5 days late due to their processes. We offered to pick it up at their location and have not heard back from them yet. Can't really review the product at this time since we have not received it as of yet.

I received this with a slightly warped roof/lid. The customer service was excellent and replaced it right away! The new roof/lid arrived within a few days. The shed keeps my things dry and perfect throughout all kinds of weather. Thanks for a great product and customer service!

I’ve had this small shed for a few years now. It’s perfect for my driveway to hold my compost bin and garbage. During a very bad storm, I had forgotten to latch the lid so the wind took it and flipped it over the retaining wall and broke the things that hold the lid up. I just called and as easy as anything they are sending me out replacement parts. I’m so happy I get to keep using this shed!

Great product sold at a very reasonable price and easy assembly with two people. It is not a one person job to assemble by any means. I like the fact it was shipped free to our house, since we do not own a truck to transport it. I would highly recommend this product. We now have 3 Lifetime storage units and they are the best for less.

I have had this horizontal shed for less than 1 year. It looks good andhds what I purchased it to do. The only negative is in the doors warping. Twice now replacement doors were sent because of this problem. But in both cases Lifetime worked very well with me to provide replacement parts. My customer rep, Ian, was very exacting to try to replace the defects and try to resolve the reason why. Overall great sevice from Lifetime.

Purchased my shed about 2 weeks ago, instructions said 2-3 man install. I built it myself in just a few hours. I will agree that 2 men would have mad the roof install easier but still was able to do it myself. Very satisfied with the quality and looks.

Been buying Lifetime products for many years. I’ve called previously and have had great experiences when calling in, with the exception of this past time. I spoke to a Dyson who doesn’t seems to care about his customers. I recently received a replacement parts which were the wrong part number and when I called in to discuss receiving the wrong parts and requesting the correct ones I was told they were no longer under warranty, even though when they sent out the replacement parts, I had no issue. He told me I needed to pay for replacements even though I just received the wrong replacement parts for my shed. It’s disappointing that Dyson is not empowered to help his customers. I had to ask for a supervisor after my discussion with Dyson and it was only then that they did the right thing and replace the previously parts received in error. It’s almost like I had to beg him to do the right thing. This may be my last “Lifetime” purchase if this is what I am to expect when I call in when I have an issue.

Purchased a small shed and one of the door panels had a defect. I called and spoke to someone in the United States whom I could understand. This is not a knock on others but it was nice to see service for USA products done the same way. Well done Lifetime! Camille was excellent and took care of me every step of the way. This is the exact kind of experience everyone wants to have when calling about a product.
