Purchased from COSTCO and installed fall 2018. Overall rating would have been Excellent , but the roof section had sunk down during the winter & leaked . However with the excellent .help from Alan @ customer service, am now completely satisfied with the correction! Pays in spades to buy from a reputable company such as LIFETIME!!! --Thank-You Alan!

So I have purchased several lifetime products first being my kayak. It was used and I ordered some replacement parts. When they arrived some parts were missing and some were incorrect but they corrected the issue immediately. We just purchased a outdoor storage shed for our porch and it was missing a support bracket and the door handle was damaged. They placed the ordered and sent it out right away. We are very pleased with the product they provide and the service that comes with it.

My family and I moved to a new home in 2018 and little did we know what the wild life was like. One night I heard this noise coming from outside. I poke my head out the door and 2 of the largest raccoons I have ever seen were on trash detail. One was IN the can tossing items to his buddy who was waiting with outstretched paws! Needless to say the battle was on. I tried bungee cords on the barrels, we build a "cage" around the trash cans, I sprinkled animal repellant....nothing worked! Then I found these. AMAZING! They are neat and tidy and can hold 3 large trash cans and I couldn't be happier. My teenage son did the assembly, no problem. Would highly recommend.

Needed a missing part and Diante in customer service was great. He listened, answered my questions and was very pleasant and personable and interacted like a real person, not someone reading from a script. I haven’t used the product yet but would already purchase something from them again based on my experience with Diante.

Take your time when putting together, the shed does come with good instructions but it is sometimeS hard to identify which screw to use where. If the website for your local store shows they are out of stock it is worth a trip there to double check. We ordered and waited around a month to get and walked in the store the other day and there are two sitting there. Kinda frustrating!

Was excited for the product and it will work for its purpose but I expected a better product from Lifetime especially for the cost of this item. It is not consistently colored throughout and I had to manually modify the latch in order for it to close. Will reconsider purchasing from them in the future, and if I do decide to, I will only purchase their products from a source with a better return policy.

Just put this together. She’d seems sturdy. However the latch on lid does not match up to the latch on door. You cannot move the lid latch over as the screws provided are too big for pre cut hole. If you don’t need to lock your shed you’ll probably be ok.

I bought this recently and set it up with help from my wife . Relatively easy to construct and instruction manual is better than most , although the u-tube video helped . Seems sturdy and all parts fit together . Was missing 1 small part and customer service responded next day and is shipping a replacement no charge . Excellent service .

I bought it last week but my right door hinge will not stay tight. The left door hinge is tight. It couldnt have been stripped because the screw was never backed out. I would have given a 5 but the rt hinge is defective. I cant get it to tighten on rt door.

I bought this storage shed and I have to tell you, it is well made. Strong, sturdy parts excellent instructions. I had 1 issue with it, it was missing a part. I called the 800 number and Mr. Trenton helped me with the missing part. Very professional person and company.!
