I bought the 6 ft horizontal storage shed and it was exactly what I needed. It is sturdy and keeps my belongings protected from the elements. I needed help with some parts and received good customer service. Will definitely recommend this product to friends and family. Thank you Lifetime!

The unit arrives via a common carrier. The instructions are fair, but they give you Youtube links if you have additional questions. While I was able to put it together myself, I needed a structure to push against to get the bases together as well as hold the bsck and sides up until multiple pieces were attached. I purchased this unit since it was longer than many othets I looked at. It is sturdy once together and should be beneficial in kerping kids outside toys corraled when not in use.

While building my horizontal shed I realized that I had 2 right pieces for the roof. I called customer service and they shipped out the correct part and I received it in less then a week. I completed putting the shed together and I am very impressed. The doors are strong and the ability to open the top allows me to enter the shed when needed. I bought the shed to store my portable generator in and being able to lock it makes it that more secure. I am very very impressed with this shed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The holes rarely lined up - they were missing in many cases. The bottom did not snap together as shown in the video. Took three people to get it done correctly. The top was a mess with no holes and the self tapping screws were a joke. The metal supports would not stay with the screws provided. The bungee cord feature on the inside lid did not have a place to connect to where shown. The only hole was a screw hole on the metal rod and it was difficult to get into (was not likely the intended hole) and almost impossible to get out. The doors were problematic and the tapping screws were a joke. Finally got the doors on, looked ok. Felt a wave of relief until we saw the hasp for the lock was 2 inches off from the hole. I bought this for the locking feature. What a mess. I returned it. I am out the cash I gave my helpers and now I have to take it apart to return it!!! Note: I have an engineering degree and my helpers were all well versed in construction and assembly.

This review is not based on the product itself but the fact that I received 2 of the same bottom pieces. Now i have to wait a week for the correct part. When asked for compensation I was told nothing they can do. Needless to say I am slightly disappointed.

I bought this storage shed last week as I needed a small storage shed. All the pieces were present except the gas spring mounts. I called your help line and was greeted by a very friendly agent. She was sympathetic and said she would send out the gas spring anchors as soon as possible.

I bought it last week but my right door hinge will not stay tight. The left door hinge is tight. It couldnt have been stripped because the screw was never backed out. I would have given a 5 but the rt hinge is defective. I cant get it to tighten on rt door.

I bought this recently and set it up with help from my wife . Relatively easy to construct and instruction manual is better than most , although the u-tube video helped . Seems sturdy and all parts fit together . Was missing 1 small part and customer service responded next day and is shipping a replacement no charge . Excellent service .

Arrived early. Took me about 6 hours to put together. Was very easy to assemble. Clear instructions and a explodable instructions for your phone that was nice. I only needed help to lift the top up and attach to the sides. The biggest issue was the heat. It was in the upper 90's both days and it heated the shed up till it was to hot to touch. The only construction issues: two connector for a roof brace. They were not screws they were like bolts. Never got them to hold to the roof. Going to use screws I have in my shop.The second was the latch. I aligned it as directed in the instructions and completed attachment. When I lowered the top again, not aligned. I would recommend this.

So I have purchased several lifetime products first being my kayak. It was used and I ordered some replacement parts. When they arrived some parts were missing and some were incorrect but they corrected the issue immediately. We just purchased a outdoor storage shed for our porch and it was missing a support bracket and the door handle was damaged. They placed the ordered and sent it out right away. We are very pleased with the product they provide and the service that comes with it.
