Was excited for the product and it will work for its purpose but I expected a better product from Lifetime especially for the cost of this item. It is not consistently colored throughout and I had to manually modify the latch in order for it to close. Will reconsider purchasing from them in the future, and if I do decide to, I will only purchase their products from a source with a better return policy.

I purchased this horizontal shed about 2 years ago and I never got around to assembling it until now. As I started assembly I noticed that the bolt holes on one of the lid supports did not match the the other pieces. I contacted LIFETIME customer service and got connected to a representative by the name of Brenna and she recommended that I take pictures of the parts and email them to her. I did and within minutes she identified the problem and arranged for the correct parts to be shipped right away. Brenna was very patient and efficient in resolving the issues to my satisfaction.

hint! Assemble on a level surface and everything will go together a lot easier. I did not have my pad set up when shed arrived so assembled on parking pad then moved to where I needed it. Everything fit very well. Started screws with impact driver with the torque set very low and final tightening was done by hand to keep from stripping out plastic. It was short a few larger screws on lid but had some on hand so was not a problem. I waited on ordering because shipping date was 7-8 weeks out. When I did order, it did arrive about 3-4 weeks sooner than they projected. Very Happy with both the shad and the price and the speed of shipping.

Take your time when putting together, the shed does come with good instructions but it is sometimeS hard to identify which screw to use where. If the website for your local store shows they are out of stock it is worth a trip there to double check. We ordered and waited around a month to get and walked in the store the other day and there are two sitting there. Kinda frustrating!

Purchased a small shed and one of the door panels had a defect. I called and spoke to someone in the United States whom I could understand. This is not a knock on others but it was nice to see service for USA products done the same way. Well done Lifetime! Camille was excellent and took care of me every step of the way. This is the exact kind of experience everyone wants to have when calling about a product.

Great product sold at a very reasonable price and easy assembly with two people. It is not a one person job to assemble by any means. I like the fact it was shipped free to our house, since we do not own a truck to transport it. I would highly recommend this product. We now have 3 Lifetime storage units and they are the best for less.

Purchased my shed about 2 weeks ago, instructions said 2-3 man install. I built it myself in just a few hours. I will agree that 2 men would have mad the roof install easier but still was able to do it myself. Very satisfied with the quality and looks.

My shed had some missing parts so my assembly was held up. I contacted Lifetime through their "chat" and Alejandro was my customer service rep. He was very attentive and helpful in getting me what I needed to complete the assembly of my shed. He placed an order for my parts and told me it would be a week or two before they arrived and apologized for the delay. The next day, I received an email that the parts were shipped. I bought the shed ~5 years ago and have been so very pleased with the purchase. Having previous experience with Lifetime products, I knew the quality would be superior. When I request parts or advice, the response is always rapid and accurate. Thank you, Lifetime!

Overall great storage shed for the price! However, the plastic the screws go into tend to pull away easily, recommend handscrew the screws or lower the torque on your screw driver. Had to make some slight inexpensive modifications to make it really good/strengthened. If I had to buy another one I WOULD.
