I bought this shed two years ago for storage of a large portable generator. The shed is large and allows me to keep long plastic folding picnic tables with stackable chairs in it and bags of charcoal. Earlier this week when I went to close the cover one of the struts for the top broke. I called Lifetime and they are sending the parts to me for free. I will be buying more Lifetime products!

Purchased my shed about 2 weeks ago, instructions said 2-3 man install. I built it myself in just a few hours. I will agree that 2 men would have mad the roof install easier but still was able to do it myself. Very satisfied with the quality and looks.

Very pleased with the product, the right door was bowed/warped however, but I filled out the warranty information asking for a new right door, and they responded within 3 days and are sending me a new door with associated hardware, of course no charge! Thank you for your prompt response! I’ll keep buying Lifetime products!!

Great product sold at a very reasonable price and easy assembly with two people. It is not a one person job to assemble by any means. I like the fact it was shipped free to our house, since we do not own a truck to transport it. I would highly recommend this product. We now have 3 Lifetime storage units and they are the best for less.

While building my horizontal shed I realized that I had 2 right pieces for the roof. I called customer service and they shipped out the correct part and I received it in less then a week. I completed putting the shed together and I am very impressed. The doors are strong and the ability to open the top allows me to enter the shed when needed. I bought the shed to store my portable generator in and being able to lock it makes it that more secure. I am very very impressed with this shed.

I bought the shed ~5 years ago and have been so very pleased with the purchase. Having previous experience with Lifetime products, I knew the quality would be superior. When I request parts or advice, the response is always rapid and accurate. Thank you, Lifetime!

Seems like a decent product but since I just finished assembly today it's kind of hard to rate. It took two people to construct this shed. The manufacturers instructions are not real clear but youtube has a great video that was very helpful. Would not recommend assembly outside if at all possible.

Not sure if all products made of this material suffer from sun or heat exposure but my previous one did. But this was the best for the money. Now I have to placed where exposure to the sun in minimal. What I have issue with is the communication regarding Sam’s Club informing me of when the item would be shipped. The day before the item arrived, I rec’d a text regarding a shipment. Because I was never informed of the shipping company, I thought the text was a scam. This coukd have been handled better.

The shed is nice. A little tricky to put together. I suggest watching YouTube tutorial videos. They will really help a lot on some tricky parts specially with the lid. I was missing a piece and when I called....customer service CHRIS could not be MORE helpful. Hence the reason for this review....because I was that please with service and care. Thank you.

I bought the 6 ft horizontal storage shed and it was exactly what I needed. It is sturdy and keeps my belongings protected from the elements. I needed help with some parts and received good customer service. Will definitely recommend this product to friends and family. Thank you Lifetime!
