I have enjoyed the bb-1000 for over a year, and just received the bb-2000 for another bathroom. Installation on both is easy (and I am not a diy kinda guy!). For comparison, the bb-1000 has stronger water pressure, while the bb-2000 is a sleeker profile and has a constant water temp. The bb-2000 maintains warm water for the 2 minute “cycle”, while the bb-1000 has a shorter wash cycle due to the tank limitations. Plus, the “vortex” setting on the bb-2000 is not effective due to the lower pressure. I like both, but for the price difference, I would probably stay with the bb-1000, all things considered.

Easy hook up. Works great. Make sure you have an outlet close within 3ft. Make copy of page that tells you what the buttons do for visitors.

Love Bio Bidet DLS it really gets you clean. I love all the different features it has .I would recommend it to anyone, I don't know how I didn't get one sooner.

This is infuriating. The bidet sprays water up my back. I can't find any sort of owner's manual to explain how the remote works or how to adjust where the water sprays.

The control is easy to use. Setup was easy since we already had a previous biobidet that we were replacing. Auto toilet lids are convenient. No complaints, works well.

We took a chance five years ago, and are still happy with the original purchase. The new one just arrived and was as easy to install as I remembered. Great product.
