Installation was very easy and took no time at all. It seems to do the job but takes some use to feel confident. Have had one glitch so far with the remote not working. It appeared to be working but seat did not function. Unplugged the seat and removed the batteries from the remote. Seemed to do the trick. Will add to this review after a reasonable use period.

Gave my wife a 2000 for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. but after 10 day the seat cover broke. Warranty covered it, took a week for the replacement. After two week that seat cover broke! Both breaks were within 1/4 inch of each other. Both time the over broke just lifting them.

overall very happy with the features and ease of install. The plastic seat feels a bit under constucted for my Texas sized frame, but my biggest issue is the remote. Why have an IR remote that you got to point to the back of the seat in a world where RF remotes abound?

We have been using the BB2000 for approx 9 years and we are extremely impressed both with the company itself and the actual BB2000 unit. We have experienced malfunctions with the units and the company is very quick at replacing defective units. Our adult son lives with us,he is physically challenged and without the BB2000 our lives would be very difficult the unit gives our son the ability to look after his own hygiene without our assistance which is very important to his mental well being.

Received the Horizon as a warranty replacement for the USPA 6800. It is quite different, not providing the 2 personal settings available on the 6800. The water pressure is very noisy, distractingly so. The connection system to the toilet is very difficult to get properly anchored, unlike the 6800 system, the remote is bit odd as it is horizontal not vertical config, with unclear indicators for nozzle position and for water pressure. The manual is very limited in info, needs to be much more useful, such as how to turn off the auto seat cover open/close, which is just plain silly. Frankly I do not really like it and preferred the 6800, as well as the VOVO seat which I also have.

I bought this unit a few weeks ago and installed it right away. The installation was straightforward and went smoothly for my first bidet install. I had no issues other than needing to tighten the plastic nuts with pliers a few days after installing to keep the unit from moving around. It works great and I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is my second bidet ! Bought the first one back during Covid and the price of toilet paper and accessibility was ridiculous was very pleased with my first one so I upgraded to the BB 2000! The new features are amazing and the remote control is a highlight

I purchased two BB-2000 Seats 2 years ago and was totally satisfied with them. Just moved in to another house, purchased 3 BB- 2000 seats and have installed 2 of them thus far. Regrettably both of these seats are much, much louder and can be heard well outside the bathroom when the unit is in the operation of supplying cleansing water. Noise when the fan is turned on is comparable to the previous 2 seats however fan operation in both seats recently purchased do not appear to be providing the level of warmth as did the previous seats.

I bought this for my boyfriend who suffered from a stroke and lost function in both hands/arms. For the longest time, I had to help him with his toileting. We were searching for a bidet for a while but most ones on the market have a turn knob that he can't grip. We FINALLY came across this amazing device that is remote-controlled and it has changed our lives!!! He is finally able to use the restroom by himself (using the remote with his toes LOL). It has so many different bells and whistles and really cleans you well. It is perfect for any disabled person that has loss of limb function and wants some autonomy. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anybody!!!

I have enjoyed the bb-1000 for over a year, and just received the bb-2000 for another bathroom. Installation on both is easy (and I am not a diy kinda guy!). For comparison, the bb-1000 has stronger water pressure, while the bb-2000 is a sleeker profile and has a constant water temp. The bb-2000 maintains warm water for the 2 minute “cycle”, while the bb-1000 has a shorter wash cycle due to the tank limitations. Plus, the “vortex” setting on the bb-2000 is not effective due to the lower pressure. I like both, but for the price difference, I would probably stay with the bb-1000, all things considered.
