I bought this to replace my BB-2000. I had that version for 10 years before the heating element gave out. Everything else worked perfect on it but the heated seat is a must for me. I tried this one because I am a techy and I loved the auto open and close feature. However, the remote does not work to open and close the lid and seat as it should. I also realized I missed the stream that vibrates on the BB-2000. I should have stuck with what I had before but this does overall get the job done. The auto open and close feature was not worth the other functions of the BB-2000, including the enema stream.

I have three water closets in our home. I have BB-2000's installed on two of them. On the guest room I have a very good bidet seat that you can sit on the closed seat cover, something you cannot do with the BB-2000's. When treated with radiation for prostate cancer, the Vortex Wash was very helpful in insuring I had a empty rectum prior to treatment. My wife and I cannot go back to life without a BB- 2000, and we miss them when travelling. We highly recommend it.

I bought this bidet several months ago and it has been the best purchase. It took me months to pull the trigger on a a bidet because you want to pick the best one. This has everything I wanted heated seat, air dry, temperature controlled water. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top notch bidet. Highly recommended. It came with all the pieces and nozzles so installation took literally 10 minutes. Highly recommended again.

I bought the BB 2000 a week ago, it arrived today and was super easy to install. My guess is the most difficult part will be installing an outlet if none are near your toilet. After working with my friend/neighbor, who also purchased the same unit, and successfully installing gfi outlets in both our bathrooms, we assembled our bidet. Outstanding product that met all its claims. Soothing heat both in water and seat temperature. The functions and remote worked perfectly. My neighbor said the same for his unit. Double thumbs up for anybody considering a purchase. Final note, solved the toilet paper crisis and no worries over the hoarders now. Shawn
