I had been thinking about getting a bidet seat for quite a while, so I decided to go for it recently. I'm very happy with the performance of this unit, and I'm a new fan of the bidet seat experience! It provides a nice, gentle, and relaxing session that makes me smile. I'm also impressed with the price point of this unit, as it is significantly less than a certain Japanese brand. Overall, I rated this seat/bidet with five stars for features, price, and user friendliness. Finally, it was very simple to install, and the instructions were concise and clear.

Used to travel regularly to Tokyo, and have really missed the features of their toilets. The Japanese are all about cleanliness and hygiene. This product provides that... and a lot more. Installation is simple...took hardly half an hour. Would recommend first watching the short video from the website, however.

I have only had this for one week. It was relatively easy to install and setup and was working fine until yesterday when the remote control lost the settings. I got it set back up the way I had it and so far it is still working. Crossing my fingers that is the only glitch.

I am glad to have this bidet as it works very well for its purpose but there are a few disappointments: the remote should have backlighting for night use; it should be save-programable for a couple of users; and, i find the seat puts me too close to the front of the toilet bowl. That said, i would buy it again as it functions very well for its purpose and the user-controlled features work well.

Rating of 4 stars, but actually should be 4.5 because of a few minor issues. 1. The strips that hold the assembly in location on the bowl are not robust enough, and are small concerning surface area. The bolts are tightened, but the assembly can be moved on the bowl. It MAY take some time for the assembly to "settle in and grab on", but we will see. 2. The second item is the temperature control. On a unit of this price, the temp should be able to be set with more adjustments other than Low, Medium, and High. Temperature setting should be adjustable in 1 degree increments.

Excellent seat for the money, but a few drawbacks. The oscillator function is not great and does not provide for broader coverage. Functions via the remote are a bit wonky... sometimes fan does not stop even after pressing the fan button again (on/off) or the Stop function. Tends to "overspray" some out the front of the toilet (under seat), requiring frequent front of bowl (exterior) cleaning.

I had an inexpensive cold water bidet that I liked. I needed a remote because it was right side controlled and I'll not have right hand use for a few months. I decided to get all the bells and whistles. The warm water, heated air dry, multiple patterns of spray, all of it is great. Remote is simple to use and gives you lots of control and options. Install was quite easy. The one significant shortcoming (I have the round one) is the seat uses a good deal of room at the back for the pump, etc. and thus the actual opening in the seat is significantly reduced. Maybe even more of an issue for a female keeping her "stream" in the toilet. If I had it to do over, I'd replace the toilet with an elongated one hoping that would leave more opening remaning after the install. But at that point, a bidet toilet might be the better idea. Overall it's great....

I had a BB 1000 for 8 years and couldn't be happier. The BB 200 is a disappointment, although well made and presented, the controls are not up to scratch. The seat configuration feels different from the BB 1000 and the controls are less flexible in moving the spray to find your bottom. Wiggle as much as I can, it took precious time to find the magic spot. The normal male spray is good but the vertex is a disappointment. Thats why I b ought the BB 2000; as an older man I need it more, but alas it doesn't seem to do the job of its earlier version the BB 1000. And you still can't sit on the cover!

This unit does not have a feminine wash, it basically has 3 rear washes! If you want a really good bidet, buy a USPA! The feminine wash, along with the water pressure is A+. I had one for 10 years, thought I would upgrade and bought the BB-2000. Very disappointed

The Bio Bidet Horizon Bidet Seat is a disappointment. It was received as an upgraded replacement of a product, which worked beautifully for almost three years—until it didn't. Unfortunately, the only things that work on this replacement are the seat cover opening when I enter the bathroom, closing when I leave—and the whistle! Most important, as I am the only user of this bidet, the FRONT, which is indicated by a female figure is not properly directed for a woman. It is directed in the same position as REAR and cannot be adjusted in any way with the remote. The NOZZLE POSITION is directed to the REAR as well, and does not adjust.
