I had been thinking about getting a bidet seat for quite a while, so I decided to go for it recently. I'm very happy with the performance of this unit, and I'm a new fan of the bidet seat experience! It provides a nice, gentle, and relaxing session that makes me smile. I'm also impressed with the price point of this unit, as it is significantly less than a certain Japanese brand. Overall, I rated this seat/bidet with five stars for features, price, and user friendliness. Finally, it was very simple to install, and the instructions were concise and clear.

I really like my bio bidet BB 2000 It’s really a much better way to stay clean than using paper products. I will confess that I do use paper products, one little bit of it just to finish up and dry off. Now here’s an improvement you guys could make a bidet when you sell your BB 2000 seats they should come with the wrench to tighten the seat nuts down on the bowl! Otherwise, I have to say that the bio bidet BB 2000 Feels like a quality strong product that should last for years to come.

Replacement for 4 year. Warranty honored, then replacement had 1 issue. Prompt attention and now this works like a charm especially the automatic seat opener which opens GENTLY and seat always warm and spray has been adjusted to washing and cleaning perfection. Although this bidet is a little pricier than some of the others I would recommend because this product has a 5 year warranty and most others have a 1 or 3 year warranty.

Great product, you feel clean and refreshed after every use. All the attributes that come with this particular bidet are well thought out, and do a wonderful job in your daily hygiene. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I have the BB2000 and have loved using it for several years now. So I decided to surprise my sister with one! Her and her family are now enjoying the benefits of using a bidet!!

I had an inexpensive cold water bidet that I liked. I needed a remote because it was right side controlled and I'll not have right hand use for a few months. I decided to get all the bells and whistles. The warm water, heated air dry, multiple patterns of spray, all of it is great. Remote is simple to use and gives you lots of control and options. Install was quite easy. The one significant shortcoming (I have the round one) is the seat uses a good deal of room at the back for the pump, etc. and thus the actual opening in the seat is significantly reduced. Maybe even more of an issue for a female keeping her "stream" in the toilet. If I had it to do over, I'd replace the toilet with an elongated one hoping that would leave more opening remaning after the install. But at that point, a bidet toilet might be the better idea. Overall it's great....

Excellent seat for the money, but a few drawbacks. The oscillator function is not great and does not provide for broader coverage. Functions via the remote are a bit wonky... sometimes fan does not stop even after pressing the fan button again (on/off) or the Stop function. Tends to "overspray" some out the front of the toilet (under seat), requiring frequent front of bowl (exterior) cleaning.

The eco feature supposedly save energy & keep the seat luke warm, but it does not. The remote control is the most frustrating thing, there’s no backlight on the buttons or on the screen. At night when you use the toilet, you cant see anything so you have yo turn the light on to be able to see to use the remote control. The air dry blowing feature is weak, does not dry you all the way dry even though it runs for 2 minutes. And lastly, the night light is on the outside of the seat rather than inside lighting up the entire toilet bowl like the Bemis brand I have.

This unit does not have a feminine wash, it basically has 3 rear washes! If you want a really good bidet, buy a USPA! The feminine wash, along with the water pressure is A+. I had one for 10 years, thought I would upgrade and bought the BB-2000. Very disappointed

The Bio Bidet Horizon Bidet Seat is a disappointment. It was received as an upgraded replacement of a product, which worked beautifully for almost three years—until it didn't. Unfortunately, the only things that work on this replacement are the seat cover opening when I enter the bathroom, closing when I leave—and the whistle! Most important, as I am the only user of this bidet, the FRONT, which is indicated by a female figure is not properly directed for a woman. It is directed in the same position as REAR and cannot be adjusted in any way with the remote. The NOZZLE POSITION is directed to the REAR as well, and does not adjust.
