It was very easy to schedule the install. The technician installed it easily and quickly. He was kind and pleasant and professional. He also vacuumed my carpet after he was done to make sure the entire area was clean. He also made sure I was happy with everything before he left and made changes to what I wanted .

Jeff and I had everything set up for my wall mounted tv installation, unfortunately a snow storm caused me to reschedule. Jeff was very accommodating and flexible. He was on time, professional and very efficient. I will be requesting Jeff for any future Handy jobs.

Seven days after purchase plus three phone calls with Angi's customer service and I still don't have a means to even schedule the installation. It's honestly reached the threshold of being ridiculous. It's hard to believe Sam's Club would partner with such a group. At this point, I'm going to eat the $149 and pay someone else to do the work. Awful.

The technician arrived 10 minutes early and started immediately in assessing how to mount my new TV. He gave me expert advice on how to mount the TV. He even went as far as to ask me the height and position of the TV that would be comfortable for me. Making this a personal experience, because it was all about what would make me happy. I had never been treated this way ever! He did some quick measurements, based on my likes, and made only the necessary holes and then attached the mount to the wall. I watched him do this in less than 10 minutes. He even took extra care as to make sure no dust or mess was made and captured all of this on cardboard so nothing hit the floor. He then hung the TV set on, tightened screws and then showed me and my son how we could adjust the TV. I have had a TV hung a couple of times in the past, one guy made several big holes in the wall and another one cracked my TV so I was not expecting a lot. This technician let me know that there are great services out there and Walmart made it so easy to find Handy. The mounting service was paid along with the purchase of my TV. Before I left the store, I asked several employees how your service worked and when the cashier did not know, he asked a manager and several of them came over to let me know. All I needed to do was to log into the website, enter the Activation Code that was printed on my receipt and schedule a date/time appropriate for me. My TV was up 4 days after my purchase and the time allowed me to do a full 8 hours of work and then arrive home in time for the installation. I feel this is the best installation service I have ever had. Great job Walmart and Handy!!!

I purchased a 55" TV from Walmart and took advantage of the service that was on sale from Handy to mount the TV. Kevin was very knowledgeable and possesses quite a few skills. The TV was mounted in 30mins. I will use Handy again soon for other work around my home.

We bought our tv a month ago and decided we would rather have it mounted than on a tv stand. Making an appointment was easy. The day of our appointment our specialist Jesmarie called to let us know she was on her way. Upon arrival, all we had to do was show them the room and the mount we had purchased and within about 20 minutes they were already done. They made sure everything was to our liking and were on their way. Super quick, professional, and nice. Would definitely recommend !

I brought my wall mount about 2 weeks ago. And today it was installed.. I love the way in looks on my wall... he did a great job!.. he was very friendly , positive attitude and very informative about the questions I had. And he cleaned up after himself... I hope when I install my next TV they send the same handyman!!

Our installer was on time, friendly, and did a great job. It’s a big tv, 75 inch, and he measured and made sure it would be on the proper place on the wall. He even cleaned up the floor when he was finished. It was well worth the money to have a professional do this install. I highly recommend this service.

Brandon did a perfect job. He was very reliable and professional. I previously tried to mount my tv on the wall and failed, so when he came he did it quick and fast and he made sure that it will not fall off the wall. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
