Very proficient and worked like a real pro. He get the job done super fast and very much met my needs. He even took care of the cable and now my bedroom looks like a hotel room with a big tv on the wall with no visible cables. Perfectly done and highly recommended.

I ordered the mount on a Thursday and 2 days later it arrived, 2 days after that the tech was at my house to install it. He was super knowledgeable and handled what seemed to be a pretty hefty job (mounting around a chimney) in less than an hour. I'll admit I was skeptical.. but this service actually ended up being fantastic and saving me a lot of time.

Little did I know until the box was open , I had the wrong size frame to hold the TV .. Handy rep Micah was willing to wait while I ran to WalMart to get a different frame . When I returned , the larger frame still was not wide enough to hit the wall studs to hold the TV . Micah searched the web and sent me a text of exactly which model I needed . I returned to WalMart one more time and purchased the perfect frame for our tv . When I returned home, Micah installed the tv on the wall in just a few minutes.. He was very personable, knowledgeable and patient . Highly recommend!

At first I was bothered by them rescheduling me twice however I still had a pretty good experience with Handy overall. The technician was polite and experienced and professional. He was actually in and out in no time. I love that the tv is now out of the way and on the wall in my girls room!!
