I purchased the recommended tv mount and wore concealers used their people to hang it and it was a great decision. The person knew what they were doing and they were professional and efficient and the suggested products were perfect. The TV looks great but the sound is terrible. The speakers are not blocked but the TCL is muchhhhh better.

I got my tv delivered on a Tuesday and i didn't schedule the installation yet I was putting it off, i figured I'd schedule it the following week when I knew my schedule… that Saturday someone knocks on my door and it was the guy that installs the tv. He said he wanted to get it out the way. He came at a respectable hour between 9 am and 10 am. He was super quick he didn't need my help at all. I didn't even watch him working on it. He checked if the tv worked and helped with setting up my tv. Good, honest, hard working man. Knew exactly how to install it didn't even bother reading instructions. He true professional. And he took initiative by showing up unscheduled.

Miguel, our tech was efficient, fast and very kind. He made sure that the TV was hung at height that was appropriate for everyone in the house and then he stayed to make sure that the TV worked once it was set up. I would recommend his services to anyone that needed this type of work in the future.

When trying to reach out to the "pro" to set a more accurate time of meeting was almost impossible. Then the guy hangs the TV crooked. I asked him to correct it and he says it won't budge. I'm very disappointed that he didn't correct his mistake and I don't feel the bolts are tight enough and I'm afraid that my TV will fall. I have grandkids at my home all the time. I really want someone else to come and check to make sure that the TV is stable and they also can make it straight on the wall.

I had used their installation service before it went well, but on this occasion, it did not the installer called a hour before they were supposed to mount the TV and was not able to come out for like the next three days. I canceled the install and waiting on a refund.

The 1st red flag and nice enough guy, came to mount TV on wall with no stub finder. That is must! so he kept drilling multiple holes in walls and marking walls with scratches to find a place to hang. now I have to file a claim and had to hire a "professional" to do it right and have to hire a professional to fix the walls of brand new lux apartment.

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. Had a service scheduled and left work early only to find out it was cancelled with no notification. Tried for 2 weeks to reschedule and never could get someone to take the job. Also never received a refund. 10/10 - do not recommend

I had purchased TV mount services with new TV; Walmart didn't necessarily state that I needed a TV mount with TV or services; it wasn't until after I purchased that Walmart stated mount not including; so when I received my item, I was expecting a mount however, you do have to read the fine print; Walmart does state that in a separate email, ANGI, the service provider will send a separate email with scheduling details on a tech; which they did; however the first tech cancelled and rescheduled last minute; the second tech came out, super nice guy, spoke mostly Spanish, but that's who let me know that they do not include the TV mount with services; so I had to reschedule; bought a TV mount and rebooked with ANGI, had another appointment and ANGI completely cancelled the services due to no tech available for time of booking; I am not very pleased with the scheduling for ANGI; they have time and dates available but you have to wait for a tech to confirm otherwise they will schedule you about a week out. Now, I am unable to reschedule and getting a full refund for services all in which I just wanted a tech to come out for the mount.

Couldn't complete task because beams were too far apart for the mount I'd chosen and left me the option of going to the store to buy a different one. This, after my appointment for this job was blown off entirely by the first young lady who called to confirm I'd be there to help lift it then didn't show up.. well I wasn't in mood to leave a young stranger lingering in my yard while I went shopping at Walmart to hunt down a 31 inch beam gap or whatever new requirements I was supposed to find.

I paid Walmart for the TV installation. Walmart sent ANGI third party to install . ANGI showed up and the installer stated that they could not drill into the wall. Drilling into the wall was what they were hired to do. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOW AI WHICH TAKES YOU ROUND AND ROUND TO NO WHERE). VERY DISAPOINTED WITH ANGI WHO DOES NOT ALLOW THE FULL INSTALLING OF WHAT THEY WERE HIRED TO DO.
