Angi list is horrible the contractors are horrible unprofessional, no phone etiquette, and do a sloppy job. Unless Walmart does the job themselves I would not recommend. 1st experience with Walmart Behr installer was great this 2nd time from Agni’s list will not recommend

Definitely worth the money!

The installation was excellent Scott did a wonderful job. The only problem with it is I didn't even know he was coming. luckily I was home and everything went smoothly. He was quick efficient very quiet barely knew He was even there. I would definitely order installation when buying a TV at Walmart because if you have it installed by somebody else like the Geek squad it's much more expensive I know from experience. you'd be so lucky if you got Scott!

Refund TV Mount Insillation

No one ever came or called to scheduled. Had to mount it to the wall myself. Now I need to call customer care tomorrow ton see if they can /will hopefully refund me the extra money I didn’t have that I paid for (twice, non the less). So I need 2 refunds for the “insulation services” I purchased. Thanks.

Do not request installation. I mistakenly pressed a box then immediately rechecked to take the check mark removed, and instead of cancelling as I requested, prior to any appointment made they DOUBLED a the charge and then, as soon as I reached out to let them know, they automatically scheduled an appointment on their own. It has been a horrific deal with Angie’s . They keep wanting to charge me, and it’s a scam because they are trying to charge for services cancelled during my Walmart purchase. Beware!

There was a lack of communication between Walmart not letting TV mount installer delivery date was changed %26 could have saved him a trip to be at his next appt. The 'Angi' add on service is a complete waste

If I could leave minus stars I'd have done so, more for the lack of 'Angi' response than Walmart (who I've had generally good experiences with). The "Angi" add on TV mounting service charge is a joke if not a fraud. TV delivered Aug. 25. Service man showed up unannounced. Said he didn't have the proper mounting bolts but would get and return. Never saw him again. After many calls to Walmart, they passed me on to an Angi number. Then went through 4 separate Angi reschedulings of the service (each time advised 2 hours before the scheduled time that it needed to be rescheduled). Finally talked to Walmart rep who encouraged me to give Angi on more shot and Walmart would refund if that didn't work. 2 more reschedules and no service. Contacted Walmart again and was initially told I couldn't have a refund ('outside the window' for all my patience). Finally got a Walmart supervisor who today advised the refund is coming and a token $25 gift certificate. Obviously more of my time on this than makes sense, but expect this happens with Angi often....they don't have the personnel lined up to do what they promise and not at all shy about stringing the customer along.

Angi Walmart Not Reliable

I thought that someone from Walmart who was a professional, would come and mount my TV. After I ordered, I saw that they go through Angi which i've used before and never will. First, the appointment was for 7pm - 9:45pm. Too late for me and I was never asked about my availability. Then, at seven thirty p m I received an email saying that the professional contacted angie and the "professional" was unable to fulfill my order. the email also said they charge me full price for all canceled or no show appointments. I had to chat with AI to try and fix it. The AI was actually rude. And ended up not charging me. But rescheduling me 2 days later, at 7 PM again. i had to request daytime. Finally, I got a 10 AM appointment. Angi is NOT RELIABLE.

Angi's list services are a fraud and we are stuck

Scheduled appointment without consulting us or knowledge of our schedule. Angi's list has no provider in our area yet scheduled an appointment time. Wall mount has not arrived, yet an appointment is scheduled. Was very difficult to contact Angi's list. I would cancel and ask for a refund but cannot find a way to do so on Walmart's website. We will never buy again.

This was my first time purchasing an item with installation through Walmart. I ordered a 65” TV and a TV mount, and I added the professional mounting service to my cart at checkout. For future customers, here’s how it works since it isn’t explained very clearly: once you place your order, Walmart forwards the installation request to Angi. About two days after my purchase, I received an email from Angi with a scheduled appointment for the TV mounting. If your item hasn’t arrived yet, or if the appointment time doesn’t work for you, you can easily reschedule through the Angi app. In my case, the TV arrived on time, but I needed a different appointment window, and rescheduling was quick and simple. The installer arrived on time and did a great job mounting the TV. He made sure everything looked good and asked if I wanted any adjustments before finishing. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use it again.
