I just got my 65" TV installed yesterday. I say enough good thing about Gabriel. When appt was set up. I texted him to let him know the Wall is a very hard wood so maybe help with tools. He actually texted me back and Thanked me for the details, I was impressed with the quick response. He arrived right on time , I had also informed him him scheduling was important due to to Dr appts, treatments etc. He was very well prepared and organized. He did it Very Quickly but also precise due to the Wall mount was a little different and had different features. Totally figured it out and successfully installed supper secure and supper fast. He should get a Bonus. I work in intense customer service and almost never see this kind of customer service anymore. Kudos big time to Gabrial

I bought a 75 in. TV and needed it mounted. I was initially concerned, but there was no reason to be. The technician Kevin was amazing. He got the mount centered where I wanted it and after assisting him to lift it up he was done. (I knew I was going to have to help any installer so it didn’t bother me a bit, it’s a huge TV.) He even demonstrated a sound system for me and I bought that too! He was professional, wore his mask and shoe covers the entire time and friendly.

I had my tv mounted on my wall on 4/21/21, there was something wrong with the wiring/setup that had my tv making very loud popping noises and my sound-bar only worked with the regular tv shows and not Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. Edward from Handy was sent to access the problems. Edward removed a cable wire and made some corrections, and also made some corrections with settings and the sound bar. Currently, the tv is displaying an excellent clear picture and the sound bar displays sound from both tv shows and Netflix, Hulu etc. Edward was very knowledgeable of the problems and mounting tv’s/setups. I’m very happy with my purchase and Handy sending someone knowledgeable of these smart TVs.

Carlos went above and beyond to ensure my TV mounting was done well and I was happy with it. He came very well prepared with tools, a work table, extra screws, etc. He made sure to ask how I preferred things and was very detailed oriented with every tweak. He was kind, respectful, personable and communicated well in advance of the installation. It was well worth the price to have a professional do the job. I highly recommend Carlos.

I purchased the service last week within 2 hours I had an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. The handyman Angelo called me when in route, the service was prompt and efficient. Everything was complete within a reasonable timeframe, the price was very affordable and I am super happy.

Daniel did a great job! The TV was mounted quickly, efficiently, and safely to the wall. He generously provided supplies that did not come with the mount and took covid seriously by wearing a mask and gloves at all times. During the job, he kept the packaging trash contained neatly within the box the mount came in and when the job was finished, he vacuumed up the debris. Would recommend!

Allan came today with all his tools.He is early and did a wonderful job. The contact and appointment schedule is easy but you need to use Handy app. The technician is responsive and well informed. It was porcelain tiles and top of fireplace and he made it easy. He was double confirming on all measurements. After the work done , he cleaned up as well.

So glad we went with Handy to mount our big flat screen TV, Anthony, the Professional Installer, was right on time, extremely professional and very customer focused. He really knows his business and went above and beyond to make this installation exactly what we wanted. He hid all of the wiring and even the cable box and then left our living room spotless. We could not have been more pleased with the final result. We will use Handy for our upcoming projects and do so with confidence.

so what i found out is that the companies that walmart uses to install my TV like Angies and Hellotech arnt real installation companies. they are middle companies that allow anyone to sign up as an installer the same way anyone with a car can sign up for uber..as long as you pass a background check they can start working ... this explains why the guy that came to my home was completely cluess on how to mount my tv the way i wanted it and left my tv way off level and lower than where i wanted it, i ended up having to call another company to come fix the mess the guy (ryan) left. and after speaking the the company that came out after, he gave me the inside scoop on how it all works with walmart installation services.
