Strong if installed correctly

Actually amazing for the price. I have a heavy 75 inch up and this mount sits close to the wall when not in use. When using you can pull it out and turn it either direction. Looks great centered and creates a lot of space without having to use shelf’s or racks. Works great for my small living room and the price was very cheap compared to all similar products. Don’t see why anyone wouldn’t get the cheap one like me since it works great, I’d say perfectly.

This is worst service ever. I paid for the service upfront… this point the service has not happened. The service was scheduled and cancelled 3 times by a “Pro”, I’m laughing… The off shore customer service is awful. I spoke to several agents that had no idea how to hep me. Now let’s see if I can get a refund. What’s the catch phrase Angi it… no, don’t!

Poor Angi services, don’t club Angi services

Didn’t realized Angi services checkbox was checked during purchasing this mount, however they’ll do only basic mount for $79 had to pay addiotnal for cable concealing but while scheduling service appointment realized cable concealment was not selected again to re-select had to do several calls with customer representatives, finally they said they’ll sent senior who can do all these. Angi contractor guy came and he was doing multiple small/medium holes on the wall though he had stud finder, crazy my wall messed up now, I finally had to rehire professional Contracor to fix all the mess did by Angi contractor. Issues: 1. Angi are not transparent what’s been asked and they sent beginner level Contracor 2. That contractor hesitated if I call Angi and ask for refund they said they’ll cut from that contractor paycheck. 3. Finally never use Angi and Walmart Angi never never 🙏🏻

Avoid at all cost!

They took the money, no one showed up and when someone did was told they could not complete (mount would not fit but have confirmed it is the right mount and the same mount used in the living room) and now am unable to get my money back from the organization that was paid for a service they did not perform.

They charged me for a service that never happen. make sure they actually put up or install something. this service is horrible the absolute worse ever, they was suppose to install a tv wall mount but they did not and I was still charged, and there was no way to request a refund. I will never do business with Walmart again, and I will inform my company not to do business with them either

Very quick and pleasant on my cancellation. When I ordered my 58" Roku tv I also ordered the Mounting and installation. Through no fault of Handyman, Walmart failed to advise tv purchaser (me) that over 45", this 1 is 58", would require extra charge ($50) for a helper, or I would need to provide help to mount. As my husband and I are in our 70's and each weigh about 135 lbs. in ill health, we couldn't help and didn't know anyone that could. Handy was very gracious when I cancelled, so for now we'll be watching it on the floor.

You get what you pay for.

If you need an extra person to help put up your tv it could be worth it, if the tv is large you will be required to help with the install. Definitely use a template to mark exactly where you want the tv before the installer arrives because this process for me was very rushed and the tv wasn’t placed right where I wanted it. The tv is also tilting forward to the maximum position and I haven’t been able to correct it. I would say it’s a 50/50 shot if you’re going to get an actual pro, my guy was nice but very green.

I would obviously give the installation as a ZERO! The TV STILL HAS-NOT been installed!!! They have not shown up for SEVEN appointments! They are scheduled AGAIN for 10/5/21 @ 4:00. I doubt that they will show up. I have rearranged my schedule 8 times now. Missed my grandkids ball games among other things. This is SO unacceptable!

He text me I’m here 20 min late and when I called he said I was there I’m gone. I said you did not even ring my bell. He came back in 2 min he just left When he came back he only had to place the tv on the wall and he took down my mount and said “ sorry I need more screws “??? Looked confused about how to mount the tv electrical already done !! I said well lowes is at the bottom of the hill can I go with you to get them now it will take 10 minutes He refused mouthed off not my job ! He wasted my time and we had just taken one tv off and just had one 3” more to go on mount on the wall !! He left it ALL over off my wall in my living room ! He was short rude and SUPER LAZY. He missed lunch and he wanted to go and eat it was clear and I told him I’m not paying for this !! He said fine you don’t have too .
