My Angie representative NEVER showed up for the prepaid TV wall hanging! I’m trying to get a refund now for the service but have doubts it will happen. Apparently if your representative doesn’t show up, too bad!

job was actually done through "Angie" web site Co. which caused a lot of problems. Creating an Angi account; new password, all that unwanted stuff! TOTAL CONFUSION! DON'T DO IT?

I am so glad this service is provided because I don’t trust any of my friends or family putting this up. The communication with the person was amazing. He was prompt and courteous.

Jorge was on time… very much a people person. He was friendly and courteous. Got right to work, knew what he was doing and had my TV up and installed in 30 min. Did a great job !!!!

I loved it.. the guy was nice and I don’t walk on my carpet with shoes… I didn’t ask him to remove them but he did it anyway way… he was excellent and the service didn’t take long

Advised me that my new tv mount was not strong or sturdy and that I should not try and use it for its functionality ( pulling out tilting turning etc) and still proceeded to mount it on the wall saying it should be fine

Pro cancelled at last minute and could not be rescheduled through Angi for same day. We had already add y waited several days and this was major inconvenience since cancelled at last minute.

Installation went quick and easy. I’m happy with the service supplied. We are working on turning this space into a Billiard room, so don’t mind the mess.

The appointment never happened and there was no type of communication for it besides the appointment date and time. The day of, appointment time came and went and was not notified once.

The maintenance man that came from using Angi with Walmart was very polite. He used his own bolts which were more heavy duty than the ones rhat came wirh the mount. And he was super quick, he was in and out within 45 minutes.
