I'm giving the guy that installed our TV wall mount 5 stars ⭐️ his name is "Todd" he was very nice, professional and he is also very knowledgeable. He was patient and helpful, explained everything to us about why the tv shouldn't be too high or too low among other things that was also helpful to us. Now to "Angi" company... when you buy the installation it says that someone will get in contact with you through email or phone number (can't remember which one) they never did! (I had to call them 4 days later bc no one did) You have to call Walmart or Angi directly and make the appointment with them if not they will do an appointment for you without you even knowing (that's what happened to me) thank god on the day they scheduled, i was available. Other thing is, they're probably not gonna arrive on time, I waited an hour for the appointment, but "Todd" was nice enough to called and let me know he was running a little behind, after that everything went fast. They are probably not a bad company but I think they could do better organizing, scheduling and getting in contact with the customers that buys this kind of installation. Other than that I recommend this!

On time professional made sure we were satisfied with mount placement. Did pull-up on mount before he put tv on to be sure sturdy. Only issue was he took our drill bit round saw attachment that we bought for in wall cord kit. I would like it returned I don’t know how to get a hold of him

He text me I’m here 20 min late and when I called he said I was there I’m gone. I said you did not even ring my bell. He came back in 2 min he just left When he came back he only had to place the tv on the wall and he took down my mount and said “ sorry I need more screws “??? Looked confused about how to mount the tv electrical already done !! I said well lowes is at the bottom of the hill can I go with you to get them now it will take 10 minutes He refused mouthed off not my job ! He wasted my time and we had just taken one tv off and just had one 3” more to go on mount on the wall !! He left it ALL over off my wall in my living room ! He was short rude and SUPER LAZY. He missed lunch and he wanted to go and eat it was clear and I told him I’m not paying for this !! He said fine you don’t have too .

Less than 12hours before my appointment the installation guy called to say he cant come because he will be out drinking for new year and hung over. So very unprofessional and I took off work for this appointment. Have called numerous times to speak to someone and nobody will answer my calls or refund my money

Install Failed by Angi "Pro"

The Angi "pro" that was paid thru Walmart to install the bracket on the wall did not know how to do it. He did not come on Monday due to an emergency but did come on Tuesday. I told him the manufacturer of the bracket had a video he could watch. I also had to explain how the bracket worked. He was nice man but did not seem to have any more knowledge than I did for this job. I asked if he had a stud finder. He did not. I asked if anchors were needed. He spent 2 full hours to mount this bracket on the wall and as soon as the tv was being hung, it pulled the whole thing out of the wall. Luckily I ran up and helped so the tv didn't break. Now I'm spending my day trying to get help from Angi Walmart. And I will have 4 unsightly holes in the living room of my new home until after the holidays. Wasted my time yesterday until he cancelled and the better part of my day today.

We needed two people to mount our 65’ Tv above our fireplace and only one person showed up. I was rescheduled twice and they demands me to pay extra after they made a mistake on their end with the scheduling. I cancelled and still waiting on my refund.

After taking the TV off the wall and setting it on my couch which he left it on my couch and I couldn't lift it to move it I had to get somebody over here to do it he also took the Walmart a wall mount a park even though it didn't fix the other one none of the screws are there the walmart's wall mount is just laying there without the screws so I'm stuck I can't hang the original TV back because he lost all my screws so my T v's on the floor I had to get somebody else to help me move ATV off the couch and I paid 77 bucks thanks Angie

The tech notifies me of being outside and never showed up. Inconveniencing my time from 3p.m to 9 p.m. he never showed up. Then I was rescheduled automatically for a whole week from now. I will not recommend anyone to use this service when the schedule you for a 9 p.m. installation time.

Installers need more $ than Anji pays them for job

i purchased the Anji installation along with an LG OLED 65" C4 TV through Walmart. Installation was delayed by Anji because they thought delivery would be late, but it arrived on time. The Anji Installer called me and asked for an earlier time, I told him that was OK as the 65" TV and the Ceiling mount had already arrived (he should have cancelled or rescheduled as soon as I told him the job!). When he showed up anyway he explained that there should have been additional charges because of the size (65", his limit was 55"), Because It was a ceiling mount, not a wall mount (although I had a wall mount also) Plus because it was above a fireplace, that was also extra. Plus he said it was a 2 person job and he had expected me to help him! I'm disabled and over 63 years old, so I cannot. He said he would cancel the job as Anji only pays him $53 and I cant pay him 2X extra plus hire a second person without going through Anji. And he said he'd notify Anji that he cancelled as nobody else would do it for even 2X the price. Especially if I'm unable to assist. So instead my handyman said he will do it as it's not too difficult for him. But how do I get a refund? I've called Walmart, they tell me to contact Anji. But there's no option for my situation other than waiting until I finally get an option for a callback. I've been on hold at Anji forever, but wait time is an estimated hour. pr more. I can't reach anyone, and I don't get a callback. How do I get a refund on the installation fee that's split between Installer and Anji? I don't blame the installer as even if he was paid the entire $75 fee, his time is worth far more than that just to drive to my house. I should have known that price was far too low. But the installers can't accept more than the Anji Price as a tip. A nice guy, but he wasn't told what the job was, Although I feel bad for him too as both his and my time was wasted, I still want a refund as I have to pay someone else now to do the job. Plus the TV is still sitting outside in my unheated garage!
