I have found it would have been easier for me to book directly through the Angie Repair Services or Handy myself. The Walmart platform does not allow for the customer to make changes. I was not able to add a tip and charge my card on file. I did not know nor realize that my repairman would ask for double the amount to take down my old tv before putting up a new one

Luckily I asked someone to come over just in case help was needed. There was only 1 guy that came (for a 65in TV mounting over a fireplace), and my boyfriend had to assist him with getting it mounted. Luckily he was here. The TV was mounted too low. It sits literally right on top of my sound bar and there isn't space from the mantel and the TV.. I also can't tilt it down (although I have a tilt mount) like I could with my old TV, so my light glares on the TV. I don't think my sound bar is connected properly either because it hasn't played with the TV since I got it mounted, and there was no troubleshooting to make sure it worked. I also had to clean up all the drywall dust on my fireplace mantel afterwards. I'm going to have to pay another company or try to figure out how to re-mount the TV and try to reconnect the soundbar connection. I might have paid Best Buy over $250 to mount my last TV, but at least it was just right, 2 people came to do the service, everything worked the way it's supposed to, and they cleaned up the mess.

Don't use the service its horrible.

Walmart's Handyman did a horrible job. drilled at least 30 holes in my wall. He was so unskilled that he couldn't find the stud, and tried to place 8 anchors in the wall. That fell then he found the other stud by mistake after trying to place 2 more anchors in the wall. So now I have 12 pencell size hole sin my wall. The handyman was very stinky and unprofessional. His pants were sagging and he smelled off cigarette smoke and body odder. He used profanity in from of my children. He was just all together horrible.

The guy who mounted my TVs did an awesome job. He was very professional. I've wall mounted a big TV before and it was *not* easy! It ending up crooked and one side tilted more than the other. It was definitely worth paying someone else to take care of it! He did a great job and I'm very pleased.

Terrible... Reschedule few hours before service time when time was set almost a week in advance and I thought they would be better than Hello Tech but No they the same only cost more. Beware may not be able to provide services but they will not tell you they just keep reschedule wasting time.

Very quick and pleasant on my cancellation. When I ordered my 58" Roku tv I also ordered the Mounting and installation. Through no fault of Handyman, Walmart failed to advise tv purchaser (me) that over 45", this 1 is 58", would require extra charge ($50) for a helper, or I would need to provide help to mount. As my husband and I are in our 70's and each weigh about 135 lbs. in ill health, we couldn't help and didn't know anyone that could. Handy was very gracious when I cancelled, so for now we'll be watching it on the floor.

FIVE DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!! STILL NO MOUNTED TV! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of giving my information, story, situation, past incompetency information of the past "pros" every time I call in for yet another new appointment. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON !? SAVE YOURSELF a MAJOR HEADACHE and go to Thumbtack, or your local NEIGHBORHOOD to find someone who knows how to install a TV mount! The first guy had Walmart as my address (didn't show up obviously)...he rescheduled to another guy, who came, came alone... ummm it's a 75 inch tv... the third guy, came ALONE again, and said "um, we usually install these into wood"... okay, so I am putting it in brick. whats the issue? Your incompetent to put it into brick? I CAN do it why cant a "pro" figure this out? The 3rd guy came (whined about driving over an hour to get here) don't know why he came from so far... not my fault... but came ALONE... the 4th appointment was a no-call no-show... (of course I had to contact Angi each time there was an issue) now I had to call AGAIN and explain this story yet another time and today is scheduled.. we'll see what happens (if I can. I will update the saga of my TV) that I haven't been able to watch for over A MONTH!... thanks Angi.. (NOT)! Would be nice to be able to enjoy my new TV WALMART!!!!!! If you don't have competent help, don't assign it! Each time I had an appointment, I had to rearrange my days schedule.. how about Walmart and Angi reimburse ME for MY lost time?? Thats time I'll NEVER get back in my life... just sayin'! I happen to value my life VERY MUCH!!!

The Walmart/Angi selected pros, Jose and Jose both spoke English %26 Spanish, brought all necessary tools, mounted the 75" TV on the wall and instructed me on how to use the various positions the mount is capable of. They were friendly and very efficient and installation only took a half hour! Way to go Jose and Jose! I would highly recommend them both.
