First I didn't show up after confirming second guy showed up took everything out of the box sat reading the instructions for 20 minutes said he had a phone call went outside came back in told me that he was fired by Angie list and left I called to reschedule the appointment they said he was never fired so my TV is now laying on the floor in my living room

It was mixed up with sending workers. i had 2 different contractors contacting me at sametime for the same job. The appointment was rescheduled, and one contractor was going to come anyway. He was paid and didn't do the work. Another came for the rescheduled appointment, but i did something to the tv, and he had to come back. i couldn't reschedule it, so he would've come. He came on another day, but the tv is up crooked, and one of the screws is coming up out of the walls. Jeremy was supposed to contact me to fix it, but I haven't heard from him. it will be a month at the beginning of Jan

Very poor service providers. They couldn’t find me a professional to help with the service I provided within two weeks. I kept calling their customer service and they couldn’t even help me out. When they eventually did after two weeks, I already requested service from someone else. I need a refund asap!

Do not use this service

Walmart used Angi for tv install. Installer showed up as scheduled, but said TV was too big for him to install alone. I never received a refund or the install service. Both Walmart and Angi were near impossible to deal with once the issue came up. Nobody knew how to reschedule or refund. Terrible service.

The person they were suppose to send that was on the picture was definitely not the same, and the brought another person with them. So, that is not very safe. They supposedly was going to refund my money for the install, but because l can't show a receipt per say ( l went through Affirm which is an installment pay place, and its making it alot complicated. Refund my installation fee of $79.

I canceled Angi installation on Nov 7th or 8th. She scheduled me on a day I wouldn't be available. The installer qouted me a intall price of $249.95. Said he had nothing to do with the $79 that I paid Walmart for installation. So I need Walmart to refund me my $79 immediately you charged me for before I even got TV mounted. Had a friend help me last night install it.

When the man came he kept telling me I didn’t have the tools to get my tv mounted I kept telling him I did %26 kept showing him the box with the mount inside, so for 10 min he was in my living saying I didn’t he had to call his wife because the language barrier was just to bad but after all the fuss my tv finally got hung up

Install Failed by Angi "Pro"

The Angi "pro" that was paid thru Walmart to install the bracket on the wall did not know how to do it. He did not come on Monday due to an emergency but did come on Tuesday. I told him the manufacturer of the bracket had a video he could watch. I also had to explain how the bracket worked. He was nice man but did not seem to have any more knowledge than I did for this job. I asked if he had a stud finder. He did not. I asked if anchors were needed. He spent 2 full hours to mount this bracket on the wall and as soon as the tv was being hung, it pulled the whole thing out of the wall. Luckily I ran up and helped so the tv didn't break. Now I'm spending my day trying to get help from Angi Walmart. And I will have 4 unsightly holes in the living room of my new home until after the holidays. Wasted my time yesterday until he cancelled and the better part of my day today.

Less than 12hours before my appointment the installation guy called to say he cant come because he will be out drinking for new year and hung over. So very unprofessional and I took off work for this appointment. Have called numerous times to speak to someone and nobody will answer my calls or refund my money
