Excellent! Patrick, the Angi installer arrived on time and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He came prepared and knew exactly what he needed to do to mount the TV. He finished quickly and cleaned up when done. Fantastic job! Thank you.

Very quick and pleasant on my cancellation. When I ordered my 58" Roku tv I also ordered the Mounting and installation. Through no fault of Handyman, Walmart failed to advise tv purchaser (me) that over 45", this 1 is 58", would require extra charge ($50) for a helper, or I would need to provide help to mount. As my husband and I are in our 70's and each weigh about 135 lbs. in ill health, we couldn't help and didn't know anyone that could. Handy was very gracious when I cancelled, so for now we'll be watching it on the floor.

I guess I had to go through with this awful experience so that I could protect the community but don't let this person in your house. I cant even begin to explain all the hirribke things he did but take my word for it and don't use him!!! I wish I could give him Zero stars especially because I endured the horrible experience and the work still isn't done that I paid for.

He couldn’t find stud in the wall and couldn’t hang my TV. He said very odd and continued to drill holes to show me no stud. The next day a friend came over and found studs right away and hung tv up perfectly. I paid $84.14 for nothing and left with holes all over my wall. I would say invest in a better stud finder!

The contractor that was assigned to my order, didn't have a clue on what he was doing. I stated in advance that I have a celing mount and not a wall mount, first of all; besides, its even easier to place up than a wall mount because you only need to make sure you're putting it in one stud not two spaced out studs. Bottom line, he $400 dollars worth of damage, didn't clean up behind himself and then ask for my bar stool to stand on instead of using the ladder on his truck, that I also told them would be needed, because of my "high ceilings". He drilled "22" holes in my ceiling trying to get the second out of our screws needed in. Then told me, after he couldn't get it done and finally gave up, "all you have to do to patch the holes is get a little container of putty, it shouldn't cost no more than a few bucks from HD or Walmart"!! My response was, "really, I need a step stool just to get up on the barstool, how am I supposed to get to my ceiling?". And then had the audacity to ask me to give him a good rating, and not throw him under the bus because he's a brother 😡"!! Well....I've been an only child all my life. I resolved it by first, first filing a damage claim with "Handy", then notifying my leasing office, whom would not take on the task of repairing %26 repainting it (it fell on me financially), so I found my own private contractor, got a quote, submitted the quote, got it approved and got paid the "final" quote amount back. I didn't get all of what I submitted but the majority of it and I settled for the $400. The contractor (BEGholston Contacting) that came in and saw the damage was like "what was he digging for, why he didn't use a stud finder"? I replied, "Oh, he had one of those...because I let him use mine"!! There was damage to the ceiling mountans because I didn't have the receipt (bought it years before, and never use it) I couldn't get reimbursed for it. Ended up have to buy another mount (corner) and now I'm content with my new setup. Look at that made my own self happy 😊😁. Thanks BE Gholton Contracting, LLC.!!

This SERVICE SUCKS!!!! I prepaid for this Service thru ANGIE List I ended up not needing . I ordered less than 48 hours. The contract which I probably didn't read correctly I thought 24hr service with a $25 fee WRONG WRONG . I paid for a SERVICE which I canceled and did not need within 23 1/2 hrs and was charged full amount. I have never used ANGIES list before and will never again. CROOKS

If you need an extra person to help put up your tv it could be worth it, if the tv is large you will be required to help with the install. Definitely use a template to mark exactly where you want the tv before the installer arrives because this process for me was very rushed and the tv wasn’t placed right where I wanted it. The tv is also tilting forward to the maximum position and I haven’t been able to correct it. I would say it’s a 50/50 shot if you’re going to get an actual pro, my guy was nice but very green.

Michael was very kind and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my TV with care. After he mounted my TV on the wall it stayed put. My TV is a TCL Roku TV 55 inch. Even though the TV was put in a tight spot he knew exactly what to do in such tight quarters. Overall, I'm really happy I ordered from this service, and will be ordering AGAIN in the future! :-D

The first scheduled date, the installer contacted me and said he was running very late, so we rescheduled in two days. The second time, he did not show up nor did he call or contact me. We hired a local person to install the mount and TV. We've not heard from anyone since.

The scheduling site (Angi) let me reschedule twice due to delayed delivery of my new TV. The installer, Marcus, was able to install my new TV using the existing wall mount. He took down the old TV, reused the mounting system for the new TV, connected everything, and set up my TV for me, to the point I could take over myself. He carried the new TV upstairs, put the old one into another room, and took away the packing materials. Very satisfied!
