Horrible experience, samsclub did not send any emails of digital delivery, i reached angi they said we did not receive anything. Almost a week going back and forth. I finally had someone else install tv, samsclub saying they don’t return digital order, well i did not receive anything. I am going report this as fraudulent charges.

it does not include mount. I just spent 80 bucks to have the guy come out and realize that they don't bring it they just install it. so it's not mount and installation. it's just installation itself. I know it says TV mounting AND installation but not true have to buy a mount too.

The tech called to ask if he could come early, and he arrived right on time as discussed. He took the care to take off his shoes before entering my home and quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. He also ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

The wall mount is everything that was promised. My television is a bit heavy and I was worried that this mount and my wall would not be able to handle it. The young man from Walmart came to install the mount and he was fast. He didn't even need help. He was very professional and I would definitely trust the installer and the mount whenever I needed another one.

We got our TVs mounted with Walmart two years ago and had a great experience, HOWEVER, we moved and tried to work with them again and it’s been a disaster, Walmart partners with angi list and the pros are unprofessional. We had two pros cancel last minute, I suggest using thumbtack or yelp to find a pro to mount your tv.

They confirmed my mounting the next day from receiving my tv and mount. Then 30 minutes before my actually appointment time they canceled and tried to reschedule days after I brought my items. Didn’t even give me an option to what day would be convenient for me.

I do not recommend using WalMart’s installation service. They scheduled a time that is not convenient and I was not allowed to re-schedule. Nothing against the person performing installation, this is regarding the lack of flexibility and the fact that they scheduled a stranger to come into my home in the middle of the night. Please use Thumbtack where you have a choice of date/time.

There’s nothing wrong with the mount. However the extra services from Angi is so unprofessional. I waited 2-3 days for for them to come install my tv. I cleared my calendar for that particular day only to reschedule to a later date the next week. That was so inconvenient. And I understand they didn’t get no one , but atlist call your clients and explain why the changes, because even the automated system message doesn’t explain.

Tech arrived and advised he could not mount my tv as the minutes I purchased would not suffice. Tech advise to purchase correct mount and he would return. I purchased another mount only for tech to try and charge me again. I will not use this service again

If you need an extra person to help put up your tv it could be worth it, if the tv is large you will be required to help with the install. Definitely use a template to mark exactly where you want the tv before the installer arrives because this process for me was very rushed and the tv wasn’t placed right where I wanted it. The tv is also tilting forward to the maximum position and I haven’t been able to correct it. I would say it’s a 50/50 shot if you’re going to get an actual pro, my guy was nice but very green.
