My pro “needed a ride”

They scheduled it at 9pm so I reached out to the pro to confirm and he ended up texting me that he needed a ride. I then said when were u planning on letting me know u needed a ride? He then said my bad and ended up coming. He put the tv up just fine. I helped him carry the 65in tv. And tipped him $40 but the needing a ride part so unprofessional.

When confronted his response was “better early than late” and claimed he was then booked busy for the rest of the day...including the 1 o’clock appointment we had already made. I paid for 2 wall mount installinations but received only one. When I asked the installer if he could come back later he said I would need to call Angie back. So after waiting on hold for 10 minutes (2 calls) I never got through. I was hoping someone would tell Angi I didn’t get my second wall mount but no such luck. No repeat business from me.

Beware!

Do not use this service. The handyman came to mount my tv which was left extremely crooked, even though I told him two times while he was here that it was crooked. Second appointment was to fix this and they canceled the morning of. Third appointment was a no-show. That means a lot of wasted time and money when I still need this fixed. Find someone you know to do it if you can’t do it alone.

Not the greatest experience I’ve had. They broke my TV by accident. I was told I would get reimbursed for Angie services and my TV. Still not heard nothing just getting the runaround from Walmart and Angie. I wouldn’t advise using this. No one can explain how I can get my refund ormy TV fixed. It just seems they got their money and they don’t even wanna reach out to try to fix the issue unfortunately I won’t be buying this again.

Had an appointment scheduled for May 20 at 7 pm. The first installation tech (Larry) calls me about 2 in the afternoon and asked if he can come early but asked if i can pay him in cash because he needed money to feed his kids. When I said no, he cancelled. So the second tech (Tom) calls me and tells me he had to get supplies needed but never showed up!

The installer was a great guy no problem with him. The tv he moved from one wall to another except he couldn't moved the cable line nor the electrical. There are kits approved by URL to install these for a neat clean look and he did have a clue i had to hire another person an electrician to finish the job. not what i was expecting lesson learn .

Becareful with Angi company. I paid to Mount my TV

Angi is a very unprofessional comoany. They abuse of the customer time, rescheduling many times sending texts 2 hour before the appointment. My appointment was suppose to be on Sunday February 25th 9:00AM and I have received a text 6:30AM cancelation and rescheduling my appoinmet with a link that it doesn't work. I have received the mounting person contact name and number and when I called the number and text I received information that the number is inactive. appears that this is kind of Fraud situation. walmart have to be careful with third parties services providers and avoid to losse cistomer for this kind of situations. At the time, when my first appoinmet was rescheduled I feel.that someting was wrong.

Poor Angi services, don’t club Angi services

Didn’t realized Angi services checkbox was checked during purchasing this mount, however they’ll do only basic mount for $79 had to pay addiotnal for cable concealing but while scheduling service appointment realized cable concealment was not selected again to re-select had to do several calls with customer representatives, finally they said they’ll sent senior who can do all these. Angi contractor guy came and he was doing multiple small/medium holes on the wall though he had stud finder, crazy my wall messed up now, I finally had to rehire professional Contracor to fix all the mess did by Angi contractor. Issues: 1. Angi are not transparent what’s been asked and they sent beginner level Contracor 2. That contractor hesitated if I call Angi and ask for refund they said they’ll cut from that contractor paycheck. 3. Finally never use Angi and Walmart Angi never never 🙏🏻
