Angie’s lists installer did not mount the tv properly cannot put it back to the wall It sits too high and my wife and I had to assist lifting and mounting the tv more than once my wife’s wrist is In pain I expect to be fully reimbursed for the cost of the installation and have 2installers come and reinstall the Tv properly And reimburse me for another bracket that the installers will provide on day of reinstallation This is the worst experience I have had with a retailer ever I expect to be made whole

On time professional made sure we were satisfied with mount placement. Did pull-up on mount before he put tv on to be sure sturdy. Only issue was he took our drill bit round saw attachment that we bought for in wall cord kit. I would like it returned I don’t know how to get a hold of him

Terrible service

I had avery bad experience with Angi with the first person that came to mount the TV. First of all it was a female by herself to mount a 75i inch tv. Telling me i was suppose to help her. She came unprepared and knew she couldnt wor on concrete in top of that took some of my parts for the mounting never brought it back and i had to rebuy the mount. No credit was given.

not the what i expected

The installer was a great guy no problem with him. The tv he moved from one wall to another except he couldn't moved the cable line nor the electrical. There are kits approved by URL to install these for a neat clean look and he did have a clue i had to hire another person an electrician to finish the job. not what i was expecting lesson learn .

Not the greatest experience I’ve had. They broke my TV by accident. I was told I would get reimbursed for Angie services and my TV. Still not heard nothing just getting the runaround from Walmart and Angie. I wouldn’t advise using this. No one can explain how I can get my refund ormy TV fixed. It just seems they got their money and they don’t even wanna reach out to try to fix the issue unfortunately I won’t be buying this again.

Think about it.

They service Wal-mart uses is Angi. I was assigned a "pro" by Angi, a 1-star "pro" to be exact. They never showed up, they didn't respond to any messages or calls through the app. The pending payment payment was sent off by Wal-mart, of course. Sent to Angi I assume. This was after I asked for a refund, so Angi is now responsible for the refund. It is going to be 5-10 days I'm told. Ridiculous. Angi would have let me reschedule with someone else but i can't trust a company that takes 80 bucks for a service, hires any jerk off the street, and can't get it right the first time. Especially with little to no information about who is coming to your home or if they can even do the job. What is Wal-mart thinking?

This is scam, they took my money i was never able to log into their app. i got 4 text message's confirming the technician was coming at 6:30 pm and this person never showed up , of course is non refundable and getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. i spent 2 hrs on hold this morning to confirm that they were still coming even though i couldn't log into their app because my order was place through walmart and the person on the phone assured me they were coming and that the reason why I couldn't see it on the app was because they don't have that feature yet. Im still on hold to let them know that nobody showed up and they just keep transferring me . This is horrible and such a waste of time will never book anything through walmart again . Hope the $80 was worth it 😡
