Our firdt handyman never showed up and after contacting, said he didn't have the tools required for the job.. this was very upsetting and wasted our time and made us have to reschedule. However, we were able to get a reschedule two days later. Our Handyman for our second date was Larry. Larry did an amazing job of mounting our new TV to our wall. Although he was running behind, he was sure to let me know and was here at the time he said he would be. Larry brought all of the tools necessary for the job and was extremely careful, professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend him and use him again, if I ever need a handyman.

The guy from Angi came to hang my tv, Walmart had sold me the wrong bracket to hold the tv and it ripped out of the wall creating a huge hole. The guy came back the next day after telling me which bracket to buy and charged me a 2nd time for installation. I contacted Walmart and they wouldn’t help, I then contacted Angi and they wouldn’t help. I would never recommend or use this service again. They take absolutely no responsibility for their work.

poor tv arived with stand and wall mount on Thursday/friday Installer guy here around 5-5;30 looked at box and said he needed to come back on Sat around 5;30 to do the job. NO SHOW NO INSTALLATION LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES TEXT AND VM GHOSTED WITH NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

I was given a date and time for installation. Arranged to be home but about an hour before I received an email stating that my service was rescheduled for another date. Arranged to be home again but also received an email that day saying service was being rescheduled again. At that point I cancelled the service and found my own provider. I was told I would get a refund that day but still have not received it. I will never use Angi again.

This was scheduled for 8/28 at 2pm, but I haven't heard anything and Angie's list emailed asking how it went? I emailed back that it hasn't happened and that was days ago. I also see I was already charged for the service. Is someone coming tomorrow????

The guy who mounted my TVs did an awesome job. He was very professional. I've wall mounted a big TV before and it was *not* easy! It ending up crooked and one side tilted more than the other. It was definitely worth paying someone else to take care of it! He did a great job and I'm very pleased.

I canceled Angi installation on Nov 7th or 8th. She scheduled me on a day I wouldn't be available. The installer qouted me a intall price of $249.95. Said he had nothing to do with the $79 that I paid Walmart for installation. So I need Walmart to refund me my $79 immediately you charged me for before I even got TV mounted. Had a friend help me last night install it.

They scheduled it at 9pm so I reached out to the pro to confirm and he ended up texting me that he needed a ride. I then said when were u planning on letting me know u needed a ride? He then said my bad and ended up coming. He put the tv up just fine. I helped him carry the 65in tv. And tipped him $40 but the needing a ride part so unprofessional.

Do not use this service. The handyman came to mount my tv which was left extremely crooked, even though I told him two times while he was here that it was crooked. Second appointment was to fix this and they canceled the morning of. Third appointment was a no-show. That means a lot of wasted time and money when I still need this fixed. Find someone you know to do it if you can’t do it alone.

I still don't have the TV installed. I have not been able to get in touch with Angie to make sure they are going to send two people to install my 75 inch TV. I have tried their app. I have tried calling. I have tried sending email response. I cannot reach Angie.
