They rescheduled twice before I canceled. I don't think they found anyone. They wasted my time scheduling hoping they would find someone. Then they would contact me 4 hours before the scheduled time to let me know it had been rescheduled. Both times they wasted my time.

Raphael called me to inform me his arrival time. He showed up on time. He skillfully removed the old TV, adjusted the height of the shelf, and installed the new TV. When he finished the installation. He also taught me how to set up TV shows and helped me set them up. I'm really grateful to him.

Very quick and pleasant on my cancellation. When I ordered my 58" Roku tv I also ordered the Mounting and installation. Through no fault of Handyman, Walmart failed to advise tv purchaser (me) that over 45", this 1 is 58", would require extra charge ($50) for a helper, or I would need to provide help to mount. As my husband and I are in our 70's and each weigh about 135 lbs. in ill health, we couldn't help and didn't know anyone that could. Handy was very gracious when I cancelled, so for now we'll be watching it on the floor.

Requested this service for 75” inch TV. Angi sent one person who was definitely not capable of installing it. When I asked him if there will be another person joining him, he asked me to help him install the TV. I eventually had to ask him to reschedule it. When I called Angi, they gave me an appointment 4 days later. Extremely bad service and misguiding job description on Walmart.

the TV was delived very quickly. however bot one person managers etc. could tell me even who nor how to contact the company i paid you 79.00 to mount my TV. this is so bad for me to ever order again. you can refund my money nbpick up your TV, if we don't have someone, contact me before 1pm , tomorrow.

Chris was my pro today in ATL great service and he put together the full motion mount for my 70in pretty Quickly no complaints. They do no hide wires but I had another guy come in and do that part and add floating shelf with led kit as well so love how it looks in my bedroom now. Pictures attached

Ralph in Manatee county FLwas the worst. We scheduled for 1 only to find out he had shown up and left by 12. When confronted his response was “better early than late” and claimed he was then booked busy for the rest of the day...including the 1 o’clock appointment we had already made. Worst possible experience

had scheduled service prepaid. then contractors showed up trying to get payment from me because they had issue with Angi pay system. not my problem. I told them to take it up with them. They didn’t do service because we refused to pay them directly. additionally my contractor showed up with a fast talker guess he’s the scam artist. unfortunately for him i’m not stupid. i reported to Angi org. Don’t accept booking from Destiny and scam partner!!!!

Product is solid and holds my 65 inch Google 4k right in the middle of my brand spanking new apt. Tho my LR is small after centering my huge and awesome Tv.decorated all around in colorful.mood light tape also made my room appear larger.and more opened even with a sectional sofa and stand alone posted floor lamps all purchased at WM....and the Walmart expert (Mr. Robert) came in like the pro he is and very cordial and equipped with everything he needed knocked the job.out in just under 45.minutes and.he.left no.mess! Im extra impressed and.will share Walmart's Expertise thats.very affordble and cordial with all of my family friends neighbors and coworkers. The USX TV mount is strong an mightier of all the mounts Ive tried.out there!!!

The worst company ever! The guy they sent came in put holes on my wall then literally got up and left without telling me anything. The second guy came in and almost broke my tv trying to mount it. My wall is completely ruined bow because of these unprofessionals. Please go somewhere else if you you need your tv mounted.
