Had an appointment scheduled for May 20 at 7 pm. The first installation tech (Larry) calls me about 2 in the afternoon and asked if he can come early but asked if i can pay him in cash because he needed money to feed his kids. When I said no, he cancelled. So the second tech (Tom) calls me and tells me he had to get supplies needed but never showed up!

Absolutely recommend this service. Handy contacted us before we even received our shipment delivery confirmation. Easy to reschedule; a few clicks and you're done. We were matched with a Handy service person; received their contact information and a photo so we knew who to expect. Our service person contacted us directly to confirm our appointment and called when he arrived. He wore a mask and brought all his own equipment, was neat and tidy and worked quickly. He explained what he did and let us know what next steps were to set up our TV. It was a relief to know our TV was properly mounted and secure and you can't beat the price for the service. FULLY recommend (especially for busy households).

This wall mount is perfect for a close up to the wall tv look. This wall mount slides left and right which you don’t notice until the tv is mounted. The only issue I had was make sure the person who mounts the tv to the wall ask you to at least connect the HDMI cords to the tv, because once the tv is mounted it makes it hard to connect them especially if you don’t know where they are located and have big hands.

I am not a paid reviewer. I was super freaking sketched about the idea of using this service based on the reviews I was reading of being not hearing back from them. But I got the email 1 to 2 days after purchasing the service. It was beyond easy through the whole process I got a booking are you scheduled for me that time did not work for me so I just was able to go back in and reschedule on my time I got a beyond wonderful person to come install. The one thing I will say is sometimes they get different times to be at your place so I would recommend being at home an hour before my guy (mark) ended up showing up before it was even the time that I picked 11 but he was super understanding, called me. I told him my situation, how I was like 10 minutes away, and he waited for me and the whole process up and setting it up was easy he made it look so easy. So anyone thinking about purchasing please ignore the negative reviews because that’s what almost stopped me from doing this myself

The tech called to ask if he could come early, and he arrived right on time as discussed. He took the care to take off his shoes before entering my home and quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. He also ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

To be honest, I was slightly nervous about using Angi via Walmart to have a new TV mounted. I read through all the reviews, took a deep breath and rest the left up to chance. I'm so glad I took this chance because the individual who came went above and beyond - I was simply blown away! He was EARLY for his appointed time (as we all know, this rarely, if ever, happens), put on shoe covers so he wouldn't dirty our floors (he did it without us having to ask him) and was so courteous, and kind. On top of that, he didn't have the TV mount I had didn't have the write length screws for the TV and the screws for the wall were also not meant for drywall. He went to a nearby hardware shop and bought the right ones. Then, measured, aligned, etc. everything - not to mention, this was a CORNER mount, not a regular wall mount. He did an AMAZING job. He had even texted me a couple of days prior to the day/time to confirm and then afterwards, he texted me again to let me know I can adjust the mount to 2 inches higher, if I'd like. I 'm so, so impressed and happy. If I could give this person 10 stars, I would. The person is Birol - if you get this guy, rejoice! Because you'll be in good hands.

I’m very dissatisfied! My appointment was @ 7am %26 @ 6:32a I get a email rescheduling my appointment until Nov 26th @ 2pm! I think that was irresponsible, inconsiderate %26 just bad business to show a 1st time customer! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Now there’s NOWAY FOR ME TO GET MY $79.00 back! This was an expensive lesson! I thght by me going thru Walmart I wouldn’t have any issues welp I was dead wrong! Don’t waste your time bc they r not gonna come thru when they r suppose too!!!!

Walmart farms this out to Angi (the company that provides temporary labor/help for you). The guy that showed up didn't finish the mounting - he told me that the TV I purchased didn't have an optical audio output so wouldn't work with my current soundbar, and that I'd have to order a new soundbar (which he could hook up, most likely for additional fee). Well, my TV DOES have optical output and I hooked it up myself when I had time to do it later that night. Plus, I had to help the guy hang the TV - he couldn't do it by himself. Do not purchase the mounting add-on from Walmart. They send it out to someone who really doesn't care if it's done right or not, and you end up having to do part of it yourself. Ridiculous.

HORRIBLE! SO DISAPPOINTED! i could never speak with a live rep... angi.com scheduled appt date and time, i qaited over 4 hours , noone ever showed nor contacted me. i was on rhe phone for days attempting to speak with a rep. Chat was all i could ever reach which a refund in 10 to 15 business days ia all they would help with. i have several jobs i was going to request angi.com with in my home but i will not now.
