Michael was very kind and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my TV with care. After he mounted my TV on the wall it stayed put. My TV is a TCL Roku TV 55 inch. Even though the TV was put in a tight spot he knew exactly what to do in such tight quarters. Overall, I'm really happy I ordered from this service, and will be ordering AGAIN in the future! :-D

Misguiding, bad service, worst customer care

Requested this service for 75” inch TV. Angi sent one person who was definitely not capable of installing it. When I asked him if there will be another person joining him, he asked me to help him install the TV. I eventually had to ask him to reschedule it. When I called Angi, they gave me an appointment 4 days later. Extremely bad service and misguiding job description on Walmart.

Absolutely Recommend Handy Installers, by Walmart.

The installer was wonderful, did the job alone, no need for a 2-man team, and was very knowledgeable about connecting the various new devices that the new TV was purchased to enjoy. I was very happy and highly recommend Handy, the 3rd party company selected by Walmart for TV mounting service. The representative was polite, courteous, COVID safe, and hauled away the cardboard debris, as well.

Never get a service through Walmart/3rd party

As a customer, it was very confusing figuring out how to schedule this service. There is no number given or service provider mentioned. Please note that Walmart cannot change or cancel the service, the third party does…..however that was also not communicated well. After over a week and several calls to Walmart, I finally got in touch with Angi (the third party) then was corrected that I should have been more proactive with my cancellation. The representative complained about all the paperwork they will not have to sign off on if I want to get my refund. All in all, this is a mess. I will never get additional service ordered again.

First I didn't show up after confirming second guy showed up took everything out of the box sat reading the instructions for 20 minutes said he had a phone call went outside came back in told me that he was fired by Angie list and left I called to reschedule the appointment they said he was never fired so my TV is now laying on the floor in my living room

I have found it would have been easier for me to book directly through the Angie Repair Services or Handy myself. The Walmart platform does not allow for the customer to make changes. I was not able to add a tip and charge my card on file. I did not know nor realize that my repairman would ask for double the amount to take down my old tv before putting up a new one

How can I rate a 20?? Chad was AWESOME! 👍😎. I would hire him for anything I need. He was smart, efficient, respectful, always requested feedback before taking any steps. He was on time, neat, polite, and so very professional. If I had cash I would have tipped him extra!! I am so happy! I got a great TV, with excellent support. Never received an email. No help from Angi's- talked to someone twice, kept saying I'd get an email to schedule. Guy shows up random at my home saying he's here to install tv. TV was to be installed at my workplace. He acts like this is my fault. "you'll still be charged". After explaining again- turns out he's a neighbor. says he will come install anyway. We'll see. I recommend not using. Call a handyman directly or someone you know to help. Not worth the hassle. If guy wasn't a neighbor %26 willing, I would be screwed oit of money and notv installed :(

Bad installation!!!

We are so upset %26 disappointed in the way Angi, the hired installer hung our TV! The new TV was larger than our old one, but the installer used the existing bracket. So after the installer left we noticed that the sound bar was blocking some of the screen %26 the TV was not centered above our mantel %26 it was slightly crooked. They sent someone else to correct the install %26 he got stuck on our access rd %26 didn’t make it up to our house. Angi canceled us out %26 wouldn’t send anyone else up to fix what they did!! I called several times, they wouldn’t do anything about it!!! We would never use Angi again ever!!!😡

Not the greatest experience I’ve had. They broke my TV by accident. I was told I would get reimbursed for Angie services and my TV. Still not heard nothing just getting the runaround from Walmart and Angie. I wouldn’t advise using this. No one can explain how I can get my refund ormy TV fixed. It just seems they got their money and they don’t even wanna reach out to try to fix the issue unfortunately I won’t be buying this again.
