I am not a paid reviewer. I was super freaking sketched about the idea of using this service based on the reviews I was reading of being not hearing back from them. But I got the email 1 to 2 days after purchasing the service. It was beyond easy through the whole process I got a booking are you scheduled for me that time did not work for me so I just was able to go back in and reschedule on my time I got a beyond wonderful person to come install. The one thing I will say is sometimes they get different times to be at your place so I would recommend being at home an hour before my guy (mark) ended up showing up before it was even the time that I picked 11 but he was super understanding, called me. I told him my situation, how I was like 10 minutes away, and he waited for me and the whole process up and setting it up was easy he made it look so easy. So anyone thinking about purchasing please ignore the negative reviews because that’s what almost stopped me from doing this myself

The mounting of the television went very smooth. I would recommend this service anytime. It’s definitely worth the money and the guy was very polite and professional! Cleaned up when he was finished and you wouldn’t even know there was any installation done! Highly recommend using this service if needed.

Do not use this service. The handyman came to mount my tv which was left extremely crooked, even though I told him two times while he was here that it was crooked. Second appointment was to fix this and they canceled the morning of. Third appointment was a no-show. That means a lot of wasted time and money when I still need this fixed. Find someone you know to do it if you can’t do it alone.

You can’t reach them to talk to anyone. Only chat. They changed their scheduled appointment 6 minutes before it was to start and then changed it to a weekday. This won’t work but I just received a notification they are coming today anyway with no way to reach out. Would not recommend this servuce

the installer did not have the tools to install my TV's, he had me looking in my house for the tools that he needed to install my TV's, did not know how to unhook the cable from my old TV's, I had to ask him if he should put the brackets that was laying on the table and he said oh yes, alot of the screws were not used, I just hope my TV's don't fall off the walls, I will never use Angie's services again!

They charged me for a service that never happen. make sure they actually put up or install something. this service is horrible the absolute worse ever, they was suppose to install a tv wall mount but they did not and I was still charged, and there was no way to request a refund. I will never do business with Walmart again, and I will inform my company not to do business with them either

This service was supposed to be provided by Angi; but they rescheduled three times before I had to cancel it. And even that was an ordeal: at first they refused to cancel, then tried to reschedule a fourth time, then offered 1/2 refund. I finally had to threaten to call the Better Business Bureau before they finally relented and refunded my money for the service. I still haven’t gotten the tv mounted. Whatever you do, avoid Angi’s List at all costs.

2 guys came and installed my 65 inch tv. Excellent job quick and professional. I tipped and done. On time efficient and done. 2nd time for a 32” mounting the tech NEVER SHOWED!!! He was not on my ring and went to a sister street. Never offered to complete the job, but for all cash on the side . See you later no sale, that is why I use ANGI.

Showed up 30 minutes late to only see the TV he had to mount and sigh and give an attitude. Spent an 1 trying to do a shortcut with the mounting to only realize it wasn’t going to work. I told him he had to leave. He wanted to start over and do it the right way an hour in, it was 7:30 at night! Never again.

The person that was here on the next day and did a great job. I love the way he put it up higher. I could see it and it wasn’t in the way of anything. It didn’t take that long. He was quick and courteous. I also got the plastic wire covers that repair suggested at Walmart today. It all looks very good. Thank you Walmart and Angie.
