Worst Service Experience!!!

Very dissatisfied. Would rate this a 0. Never ever use this service. My appointment for a tv installation has been a complete nightmare and Walmart refuses to help or give a refund and Angi's completely useless as well. I was on the phone with customer service for over 90 minutes with no resolution, only run around. If you use this service its at your own risk. T.V's still in the box and lost money by using an incompetent company.

I will have to have the TV rehung. As you can see in my photo, it is not centered and actually the TV is resting on the mantle. The mount was placed too low and the TV is not even hanging on the mount - it is resting its full weight on the mantle. My service was not only a complete waste of time and money, but now I have 8 holes in my stone fireplace that won't be used. There is a power outlet and conduit behind the TV that you can't see. I told the installer that the bottom of the TV needed to align with the bottom of the outlet so that the outlet can't be seen. The bottom of the outlet is about 4 or 5 inches above the mantle. The outcome is totally unacceptable.

they worked with me regarding scheduling bc of weather issues, also installed the mount uneven at first and had to redrill 4 big holes in my wall ..... so now i have to fill those, which is exactly what i was hoping to avoid and paid installers for..... Not a satisfied customer.

I have found it would have been easier for me to book directly through the Angie Repair Services or Handy myself. The Walmart platform does not allow for the customer to make changes. I was not able to add a tip and charge my card on file. I did not know nor realize that my repairman would ask for double the amount to take down my old tv before putting up a new one
