First I didn't show up after confirming second guy showed up took everything out of the box sat reading the instructions for 20 minutes said he had a phone call went outside came back in told me that he was fired by Angie list and left I called to reschedule the appointment they said he was never fired so my TV is now laying on the floor in my living room

Do not use this service

Walmart used Angi for tv install. Installer showed up as scheduled, but said TV was too big for him to install alone. I never received a refund or the install service. Both Walmart and Angi were near impossible to deal with once the issue came up. Nobody knew how to reschedule or refund. Terrible service.

This SERVICE SUCKS!!!! I prepaid for this Service thru ANGIE List I ended up not needing . I ordered less than 48 hours. The contract which I probably didn't read correctly I thought 24hr service with a $25 fee WRONG WRONG . I paid for a SERVICE which I canceled and did not need within 23 1/2 hrs and was charged full amount. I have never used ANGIES list before and will never again. CROOKS

I WILL NEVER USE ANGI AGAIN, and have let everyone I know to NOT use Angi. Problems with installers, customer service at WALMART and ANGI. TV was NOT installed properly, is hanging off the wall in a CHILD’S Room. NO ONE CARED OR WANTED TO HELP. I will also reduce what I buy or order from Walmart.
