Absolutely recommend this service. Handy contacted us before we even received our shipment delivery confirmation. Easy to reschedule; a few clicks and you're done. We were matched with a Handy service person; received their contact information and a photo so we knew who to expect. Our service person contacted us directly to confirm our appointment and called when he arrived. He wore a mask and brought all his own equipment, was neat and tidy and worked quickly. He explained what he did and let us know what next steps were to set up our TV. It was a relief to know our TV was properly mounted and secure and you can't beat the price for the service. FULLY recommend (especially for busy households).

How can I rate a 20?? Chad was AWESOME! 👍😎. I would hire him for anything I need. He was smart, efficient, respectful, always requested feedback before taking any steps. He was on time, neat, polite, and so very professional. If I had cash I would have tipped him extra!! I am so happy! I got a great TV, with excellent support. A beautiful wall mount, professionally installed, to my direction. All this for UNDER 200$

The person they were suppose to send that was on the picture was definitely not the same, and the brought another person with them. So, that is not very safe. They supposedly was going to refund my money for the install, but because l can't show a receipt per say ( l went through Affirm which is an installment pay place, and its making it alot complicated. Sigh

disappointed with Anji - Walmart. my first time ever using this service and not happy or impressed! the pro was given the address to the Walmart store, not my home, where the service was to be performed! then when he got to my home and saw the 75" tv that was to be mounted to the wall, he couldn't believe they only scheduled 1 person for a 2 person job! and now, i still don't have tv mounted and I'm getting more angry as i cannot find a live person to talk to and the chat thing in the app isn't very user friendly!

The tech notifies me of being outside and never showed up. Inconveniencing my time from 3p.m to 9 p.m. he never showed up. Then I was rescheduled automatically for a whole week from now. I will not recommend anyone to use this service when the schedule you for a 9 p.m. installation time.

They took the money, no one showed up and when someone did was told they could not complete (mount would not fit but have confirmed it is the right mount and the same mount used in the living room) and now am unable to get my money back from the organization that was paid for a service they did not perform.

The worker was very respectful he even removed his shoes as he saw that shoes were removed due to us having carpet! He took his time and made sure measurements were accurate simply a job well done my girls love their tv and I love that that can't reach the tv lol Thank u

What kind of crazy company schedules an appointment without my permission? I never authorized the appointment nor did I even get the television delivered (it was canceled because of logistical failures on Walmarts part) so what did he have to install. I feel bad for the gentleman for wasting the gas but this entire purchase has been a nightmare. this is after the delivery driver failed to actually come to my house and knock on my door to try and deliver the item. is this how you conduct business you have no qualms taking someone's $500 but you can't make sure that they actually get what they pay for? you're an epic failure Walmart

If I could leave minus stars I'd have done so, more for the lack of 'Angi' response than Walmart (who I've had generally good experiences with). The "Angi" add on TV mounting service charge is a joke if not a fraud. TV delivered Aug. 25. Service man showed up unannounced. Said he didn't have the proper mounting bolts but would get and return. Never saw him again. After many calls to Walmart, they passed me on to an Angi number. Then went through 4 separate Angi reschedulings of the service (each time advised 2 hours before the scheduled time that it needed to be rescheduled). Finally talked to Walmart rep who encouraged me to give Angi on more shot and Walmart would refund if that didn't work. 2 more reschedules and no service. Contacted Walmart again and was initially told I couldn't have a refund ('outside the window' for all my patience). Finally got a Walmart supervisor who today advised the refund is coming and a token $25 gift certificate. Obviously more of my time on this than makes sense, but expect this happens with Angi often....they don't have the personnel lined up to do what they promise and not at all shy about stringing the customer along.

I had a great experience with Angi . The person who did the tv wall mounting for me was highly professional and had an inviting personality. The service was quick, and the billing was transparent. I have no doubt that I will come back again. Highly recommend."
