I would obviously give the installation as a ZERO! The TV STILL HAS-NOT been installed!!! They have not shown up for SEVEN appointments! They are scheduled AGAIN for 10/5/21 @ 4:00. I doubt that they will show up. I have rearranged my schedule 8 times now. Missed my grandkids ball games among other things. This is SO unacceptable!

The worst company ever! The guy they sent came in put holes on my wall then literally got up and left without telling me anything. The second guy came in and almost broke my tv trying to mount it. My wall is completely ruined bow because of these unprofessionals. Please go somewhere else if you you need your tv mounted.

I got an appointment a week ahead and at the last minute got a call then a message that my appointment had to reschedule but the new pro technician (BRAYAN) was able to come the same day I really appreciate it that he was able to make it up that the other pro technician was canceling at last minute…. Brayan did an excellent job!!! Thank you…

Could not get in touch with Angi. They do not know what they are doing as after cancellation Angi still sends someone out to install TV wall mount. (Sent someone out on approximately on first week of September) The wall mount was installed but not through Angi we paid another company to install our wall mount as Angi couldn’t get the process of communication with their clients. I WILL Never use Angi again

They confirmed my mounting the next day from receiving my tv and mount. Then 30 minutes before my actually appointment time they canceled and tried to reschedule days after I brought my items. Didn’t even give me an option to what day would be convenient for me.

Installation by Angi was a total failure. Scheduled 4 times then didn’t happen. Their customer service is awful. They admitted that the service was scheduled even though there was no technician available in the area for that time. Unfortunately, I wasted 10 days. Now I must return the TV to Walmart because of Angi’s complete failure to fulfill their commitment.

I paid for wall mounting but I guess I didn't pay attention to the fact that the equipment didn't come with the installation so when the guy came to my home he said I needed that in order for him to do it because it wasn't included. so I would like a refund please my $79 back because I can't afford to get the equipment now. so please refund me my money back and write me back so I know you got this message. thank you.

handy App arranged for Bill to come out . He was Friendly , very Informative and Neat ! He was so helpful when it came to Questions and he did a Amazingly Awesome job! I will be Recommending him to all my friends and family for their installation needs !

I guess I had to go through with this awful experience so that I could protect the community but don't let this person in your house. I cant even begin to explain all the hirribke things he did but take my word for it and don't use him!!! I wish I could give him Zero stars especially because I endured the horrible experience and the work still isn't done that I paid for.

I’m so happy I booked this service. I purchased the mount and the service provider came out the next morning after I picked up the television from the store. The service provider was fast and efficient. I plan to use Angi whenever I need a television mounted.
