We purchased this item for our youngest son and we had a few issues during the assembly, so I emailed them and they were amazingly helpful with what we needed.

I lost a part of my hoop during a move. The customer service helped me find the part and mailed it to me promptly. Very fast and reliable. Great customer service.

The directions aren't too difficult to follow and this hoop seems to be of good quality. Just make sure you have a ratchet set and a set of wrenches because you need doubles for most parts

Perfect addition to my family. It was pretty easy to assemble and my children love it. It also fits well in my garage, since I live in an apartment and can't leave it out it was a perfect option.

When assembling the main poles we misaligned the final pole and were unable to disconnect it. Lifetime was wonderful and are sending me a new set of poles AT NO COST. WONDERFUL SERVICE

I love my goal, it’s sturdy and it wasn’t so hard to put together. If I was able to get it together anybody can. I would recommend this goal to anyone!!

This came with the backboard already scratched. If not for my husband, I would have returned it. Its an older model and was extremely difficult for my husband to assemble.

Bought this for my kids. My 15 year old led the way on putting it together. Between he and my 10 year old they mostly got it done, with some help from me.
