The directions aren't too difficult to follow and this hoop seems to be of good quality. Just make sure you have a ratchet set and a set of wrenches because you need doubles for most parts

When assembling the main poles we misaligned the final pole and were unable to disconnect it. Lifetime was wonderful and are sending me a new set of poles AT NO COST. WONDERFUL SERVICE

My kids and I have been loving this hoop for the past few years and it has held up tremendously, but I definitely love the brand after customer service helped me out by sending a replacement base cap for free.

Bought this for my kids. My 15 year old led the way on putting it together. Between he and my 10 year old they mostly got it done, with some help from me.

I needed a replacement part for my sons basketball hoop and am clearly out of my league. Trey knew exactly what I needed and made it incredibly simple!

This is a pain to put together, but the product is very sturdy and seems durable. The handle makes adjusting the height easy enough for my 13 year-old son to do it alone. The large base is certainly necessary to balance out the 10' height. Good buy.
