Easy to assemble. Easy to disassemble. Each piece really isn't that heavy. Only heavy when put together which it should be. Love how we can adjust the height to it for the taller kids.

Awesome company to be able to have replacement parts for products. I need a couple parts for basketball hoop, ordered them with no issues. I will recommend Lifetime products to others and will purchase them in future.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a hoop, received a defective part. Customer service screwed up sending the replacement part multiple times. Your company has wasted my time and I will never buy another product of yours again.

Perfect addition to my family. It was pretty easy to assemble and my children love it. It also fits well in my garage, since I live in an apartment and can't leave it out it was a perfect option.

This came with the backboard already scratched. If not for my husband, I would have returned it. Its an older model and was extremely difficult for my husband to assemble.

It was not as difficult to put together as we thought, from prior reviews. It arrived 3 days before the predicted date. It is exactly what we were looking for.

Kids love this basketball hoop! It is extremely sturdy. Easy to glide up or down. We used sand, which was difficult to pour in without a large funnel. We can't move it - it's incredibly heavy. ❤️❤️

When assembling the main poles we misaligned the final pole and were unable to disconnect it. Lifetime was wonderful and are sending me a new set of poles AT NO COST. WONDERFUL SERVICE
