We had a small issue with our hoop, Lifetime replaced it free of charge and they shipped very fast. Amazing to see such great customer service. Higly suggest Lieftime products.

We lost parts to our basketball hoop whilst moving States in Australia. After contacting Lifetime they sent out the missing parts. Brilliant after sales service!

Solid, great value for the price. Instructions were good, but you should read through them first to help avoid mistakes (as is suggested). Kids love it, and I'm big fan. It's fun being able to get shots up again. Ball is life.

There is nothing we dislike about this BB goal! Very good quality, big and my 12 yo can easily change the height of the goal by himself. My husband put it together by himself in less than 2 hours. We fill it with water and it was good to go!
