I had an issue with my product, and I informed customer service. Ms. Daniela responded immediately. She asked for some photos, I got around to submit them a few weeks later because I was out of town. It's like the same day I sent the pictures to her, I received a reply informing me that the parts were shipped and on the way to me. --it was already in FedEX! Amazing!! My husband and I were very surprised It was a delight to deal with Daniela, she exceeded my expectation. I have several of their products, but never had to deal with customer service issues. We are very pleased because the process was smooth and they showed that they can be trusted to find a solution quickly. Thank you to Ms. Daniela for your outstanding service.

I have never dealt with a company so willing to help its customers. Professional and friendly as well! I needed extra parts for the basketball hoop after it fell during a terrible wind storm. They sent them right away. When I realized I was still missing a couple of bolts they also send those with no problem. What great service. I will purchase here again for sure.

I paid for "professional assembly" since some reviews mentioned difficulty assembly. Professional just means you pay for it-- doesn't mean the guys they send have ever done or have a clue what they are doing. Can't adjust the height. My money was totally wasted. I'd got with a company with their own assembly crew unless you just love DIY.

This product is well made and worth the money. All of the parts are sturdy and well built. The only negative was the time it took to put it together. We doubled the time that the vendor estimated so make sure to bring your patience and allow plenty of time to put it together. If I had to do it again I would have hired someone to put it together for me.

Great product, family plays basketball all the time, easy to change heights for the small kids and the hoop has not fallen in any strong gusts. One of the small net hook welds failed and fell off the rim, covered under warranty and new rim is on its way.

We purchased a Lifetime Hoop 5-6 years ago and it gets plenty of daily use by our children, extended family and the neighbourhood kids. It doesn't matter if it's sunny, raining, windy, snowing, it's used and thoroughly enjoyed. After all the play and abuse, it is still in amazing shape. I recently noticed that a couple the rings that hold the net to the rim had worn and broken. I contacted Lifetime to purchase a replacement rim and was amazed by their customer service. After a couple of email exchanges, I was sent a replacement rim free of charge! I've been happy with this product since we bought it. The materials, construction and quality are top notch. It's held up amazingly well from the elements and the use. And the customer service from Lifetime was over the top. You can't go wrong with this hoop. Buy and enjoy :)

Price is what you pay. Value is what you get..... The product is great and the after sales service is even better. Got a bolt that didn't work and contacted customer services for a replacement. Fast follow up and the new bolt is on its way. The only reason that I give 4 stars because of the installation instruction. Could be improved by better parts description and name of the parts. I notice some bolts & parts in the packages are not exactly the one that need for that section.

recently purchased. During the installment, had a problem with a screw stuck in the handle on the slider. Not able to remove screw, so had to cut it off in order to complete the setup. Waiting on this part to arrived, so we can complete the process

Bought this a few weeks ago grandkids love it, and so do all the neighbors. The benefit of adjustment makes it great for everyone from the five year old just starting out to the teenager that's six foot tall. Great customer service department as well. Made ordering a replacement part a breeze. Had to replace an item I damaged. No fault of the product itself.

Granted we only just began using this a couple days ago, but so far so good. My husb wanted the $1000 inground kind, thinking all others would be junk. Even he's impressed with this. He & our boys ages 11 & 6 put this together in about 4 hours with minimal trouble. Had to fill with water because the sand in the bags was wet & too difficult to pour. The water holds the unit still, but i hope the freezing temps don't cause swelling & cracking. This EASILY adjusts in height, i can't believe how easy! 11 yr old began on travel team, so we're taking this seriously, and this is a fine product for home practice. But i'll report back in a year because i, too, rely on reviews! Oh & I got free home shipping on this which went beautifully via Seko Worldwide, personal service, right to my garage thankfully, because the box is prob 55" long, 102 lbs.
