recently purchased. During the installment, had a problem with a screw stuck in the handle on the slider. Not able to remove screw, so had to cut it off in order to complete the setup. Waiting on this part to arrived, so we can complete the process

Got this 2 years ago when my 10 year old daughter started playing recreational basketball. Was relatively easy to assemble and is easily adjustable by the kids when they play. Had to replace a part that had rusted (hoop is kept outside year-round) and the costumer service team was great! After a quick email and a photo to show the part that had rusted, a new part was sent out to us and was covered by warranty. Very pleased overall.

I bought the portable Lifetime hoop model 91202 at Big 5 for my grandkids to use at our cabin. The cousins of all ages use it constantly. The best part is the grownups are using it also. It's easy to adjust the height and it's very stable. It would be nice if the cap for the base was tethered to the base. It wasn't up very long before the cap disappeared. Lifetime was wonderful and replaced it for free. Awesome hoop and company too.

We ordered our basketball goal online via a major retailer and it arrived with a cracked backboard. The retailer was unable to do an exchange because the goal was then sold out. Kyle from Lifetime Customer Service was fantastic and is shipping a replacement backboard. This will definitely make me a repeat customer!

I bought this several months ago. After limited use, the springs continued to detach and the mechanism for raising and lower the hoop was defective and did not work. The good news is that Lifetime will send out new parts and will pay for a repair person to fix the problem at no charge to me. We will see if the fix works.

I had a very good interaction with Heidi who assisted with getting a couple replacement parts for my basketball hoop which was a little damaged. She was very helpful and even called back to confirm one last time to ensure the order was correct. Very nice and thorough. I know it is a busy time, so much appreciated.

We researched various systems under $300. We ordered this one online it arrived as scheduled. Two adults put it together in about three hours with no problems. It is a good size and sturdy enough for our family. My 15 year old uses it the most. The family also uses it together it is a good portable system for our driveway. We filled the base with water.

I paid for "professional assembly" since some reviews mentioned difficulty assembly. Professional just means you pay for it-- doesn't mean the guys they send have ever done or have a clue what they are doing. Can't adjust the height. My money was totally wasted. I'd got with a company with their own assembly crew unless you just love DIY.

Great quality. Great instructions. Great shipping. One could put this together in a few hours (two people needed at times). I, on the other hand, have taken a week! Actually, it's because of weather issues (rain). I know I am going to be very happy with this purchase.
