We purchased a Lifetime Hoop 5-6 years ago and it gets plenty of daily use by our children, extended family and the neighbourhood kids. It doesn't matter if it's sunny, raining, windy, snowing, it's used and thoroughly enjoyed. After all the play and abuse, it is still in amazing shape. I recently noticed that a couple the rings that hold the net to the rim had worn and broken. I contacted Lifetime to purchase a replacement rim and was amazed by their customer service. After a couple of email exchanges, I was sent a replacement rim free of charge! I've been happy with this product since we bought it. The materials, construction and quality are top notch. It's held up amazingly well from the elements and the use. And the customer service from Lifetime was over the top. You can't go wrong with this hoop. Buy and enjoy :)

I have had the Lifetime 54” adjustable portable hoop for over a year. The rim unfortunately was damaged in a wind event. The representative from lifetime was so helpful in assisting me through the process. It was very easy and seamless dealing with him.

I bought this product in 5/8/2020 from my local sporting goods store because of the COVID-19 park closures. My family loves playing sports and with the park and gyms closed. My husband wanted something for the kids to keep active. The product is well made assembly will take a while so I suggest dedicate a Saturday and a Sunday at least. It is very strong and beautifully painted. The instructions were clear and precise with great drawings. Alhough later on we found out they have instructional videos and even a few you tube videos which I highly recommend before you assembly anything.After the assembly the only issue I had was we were missing an inner channel part( for the adjustable handle). But despite the delay due to Covid-19 the customer service was very helpful and I recieved the missing part a month later. This is a quality product that is well made and worth every penny. My kids and I use almost every day. This is a good company and it shows in the product.

Just when I thought customer service was a lost art I had the pleasure of working with Alessandro. I hope I spelled the name correctly. Not only was the rep able to assist me with my issue, the patience displayed was remarkable. Thank you Lifetime for hiring reps willing to service your customers so efficiently.

My husband and I have assembled many things and built items from scratch. This one tried our patience and required many different tools not called for in the instructions. The instructions were very difficult to follow and almost none of the pieces lined up or screws fit in the holes. We had to use a drill on almost every hole to make it wider. It's up and sturdy and the kids are enjoying it. I worry about rust now though.

I have never dealt with a company so willing to help its customers. Professional and friendly as well! I needed extra parts for the basketball hoop after it fell during a terrible wind storm. They sent them right away. When I realized I was still missing a couple of bolts they also send those with no problem. What great service. I will purchase here again for sure.

This product is well made and worth the money. All of the parts are sturdy and well built. The only negative was the time it took to put it together. We doubled the time that the vendor estimated so make sure to bring your patience and allow plenty of time to put it together. If I had to do it again I would have hired someone to put it together for me.

Granted we only just began using this a couple days ago, but so far so good. My husb wanted the $1000 inground kind, thinking all others would be junk. Even he's impressed with this. He & our boys ages 11 & 6 put this together in about 4 hours with minimal trouble. Had to fill with water because the sand in the bags was wet & too difficult to pour. The water holds the unit still, but i hope the freezing temps don't cause swelling & cracking. This EASILY adjusts in height, i can't believe how easy! 11 yr old began on travel team, so we're taking this seriously, and this is a fine product for home practice. But i'll report back in a year because i, too, rely on reviews! Oh & I got free home shipping on this which went beautifully via Seko Worldwide, personal service, right to my garage thankfully, because the box is prob 55" long, 102 lbs.

Bought the basketball goal for my grandson. During assembly I somehow lost the cap to base. Went online to see if I could find replacement part and utilized the live chat feature. Cust svc person told me they would ship one out for free. Wow who does that anymore? Thanks again!

I bought a basketball net, and a small part broke. I emailed customer service to see where I could buy a replacement part to keep the net working, and a response and solution was received within 2 days! Could not be happier with the speed and solution provided.
