It took about 4-5 hours to assemble with the help of couple of my friends. My son loves it playing there almost daily. This is very nice and very sturdy item. It does require 2-3 people for fixing. When ball hits the board, it makes very little noise and that shows that board is so sturdy. If you are planning for 44" hoope. pl think again.. Pl go for this one..Over the long term, the noise of 44" board will surely trouble you. Instructions are good but not quite right. I will surely recommend this item. Sams club, you have a piece of mind.

This is a nice system and we felt it was a good deal to have shipping included and brought right to our door. It took about 3-4 hours to put together. Had to do it in two parts cause of the heat and sun beating on us. The directions were helpful but could have been a little better....not to hard to figure out. Don't let the pic fool you. Its not a breeze to put together but is doable. Just a little tedious.

nice piece, but assembley is painful

Great basketball set. Instructions good, but use a round file to remove powder coat so mounting bolts fit. FedEx was a big problem.

Time consuming to assemble and you do need help on a few of the steps. Great directions, sturdy construction, easy to adjust height.

There was a faulty part so Handy could not finish putting it together. Still waiting on a resolution
