The person who accepted my order was very friendly and helpful and professional. The person who gave me my order 10 days later was not up to the same standard. I am very pleased with my new eyeglasses.

Purchased a pair of eye glasses last year. After several months the lens became very scratched and the frame was loose. I submitted a claim at the advice of Sam’s and got a full refund.

No coverage. When questioned how to get coverage, Allstate told me to contact manufacturer. Still waiting for Sam's to help me out.

Less than 5 days after I picked up my new glasses I got a deep scratch on one lense. I went back to Sam's Optical who promptly ordered a new lense. Very happy with my decision about the warranty.

service was friendly and quick. Glasses were ready for pick up in an amazingly short time. I was a little disappointed in the tinting I paid for though. Its not very dark and will not take the place of sunglasses.

It's 14 days since i purchased my glasses and have yet to be contacted. Not real happy with the optical department right now....i drive buses for a living and need them very soon!!!!

My son broke his glasses just shortly before the protection plan expired. Didn't have any problems getting the glasses replaced. Paid for the protection on the replacement glasses too!

The staff was professional and helpful however the glasses I selected are painful to wear. I now have to drive fifteen miles to get them adjusted. I was disappointed with the cost as well. I could have gotten the same price from my local provider.

Allstate 1 yr protection plan for my prescription glasses purchased at Sam's Club. Haven't needed to use this service, but if I didn't have it...something WOULD happen to the glasses.

Allstate was very hard to file a claim. They wanted pictures of damage. It was on the lenses and we couldn’t get it to show. The lady at Sam’s finally called them for me
