It was added to the price of my bill when purchasing glasses without explanation that it was an additional charge… call it a hidden fee would be generous to the intentions behind not disclosing the information.

MY LENSES WERE SENT TO ANOTHER STORE. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WERE NEVER RECEIVED. SO NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO RE ORDER THE LENSES ALL OVER AGAIN!

I had no idea i was purchasing this plan. My actual price for glasses was over 150 dollars more than my estimate. No one seemed to care when i stated that.

Love shopping at Sam's, especially the pickup service. I can shop and buy everything on the Samar app without ever having to go into the store. That is especially valuable to me since I have back trouble and can barely walk.

Have not had to use it however gives peace of mind

Any damage to my eye glasses up to one year is covered and replaced no charge. They are not covered if I loose them.

They are easy to deal with. I'm older and more accident prone. I just snapped pictures of my glasses and whammo. Done. No haggling no baloney.

Glasses were received sooner than expected and were correct. Would use this optical service again when necessary.

Purchased a pair of eye glasses last year. After several months the lens became very scratched and the frame was loose. I submitted a claim at the advice of Sam’s and got a full refund.
